He was very professional and punctual. Very informative to the point he wouldn’t end the call until I had a complete 100% understanding of what he was explaining. Available around the clock and had answers to all my questions. He never had to call me back with a answer. Also, a great negotiator. He talked my price down $20,000 under asking price and closing cost assistance. He set me up with a awesome team as well. This will not be the only house Brandon will sell me.
