Bank of America Financial Center Weston Rd, Weston

This is by far the best BOA location I have been to, the associates here are always willing to help the managers don’t mind helping out on the floor when things get crazy and they have always made me feel as if im banking at a safe location. I truly recommend banking at this Weston Branch.

Had a great experience with Blas this afternoon opening a new account. The manager in the front lobby was also extremely nice and helpful. I did have to make an appointment but they honored that time and were very helpful through the whole process. Overall I'd say don't be deterred by the reviews. I experienced 100 percent professionalism.

Lakeitha Urieto has been very helpful. Whenever I had questions, she would take her time and explain them well. Her gracious smile made me feel comfortable and welcomed!

I am starting to see why they have horrible reviews. I just went there to deposit a check for someone and I waited in line for an hour. They only had 2 tellers at the window and several employees just walking around unoccupied. I will definitely not consider BOA when I change banks this year. Process of elimination at its finest.

This branch needs to provide better service for customers don't under why it never has but 1 teller and so many customers in Line and to drive thru we are still dealing with covid, drive through is the safest Instead of so many customers Inside in top of each other

What drive-thru service? You just go in a circle to park, not for drive through. The only atm available is inside. Once it's closing time you can't use it since it's inside unless you have a card/key.

Awful bank! The slowest most disrespectful people. If you don’t speak Spanish don’t expect to get any help. They seem to prioritize based on that. I went on my lunch break and waited for assistance until I ended up being late going back to work. One of the bank assistants (wish I had gotten a name) was told by a customer that he was helping that he’s in no rush it’s okay to go ahead and help me and the bank assistant refused. Honestly, this branch needs to be closed or a more diverse population needs to be hired so that being helped isn’t biased. This is my 3rd time going to this bank because of its proximity to my job and the experience has been the same every time. Completely awful. I completely agree with all the negative reviews.

I am happy with the service i get at this branch they are all very professional and quick. I understand the lines could be long at times but The bank offers various ways to make a deposit so there is no need for waiting in line i was happy and deserve 5 stars

I typically use the atm but use the teller when absolute necessary . The last 4 times I've come to this location solely to use the teller I've been disappointed and my time has been wasted. Feel free to reach out so you cross reference my bank visits to check the schedule or cameras. There's is only 1 MAYBE 2 tellers if we're lucky along with almost 10 people in line It's insane they've spent soooo much money on restorations and updating the building but they refuse to pay real people due to digitalizing everything. Today there is 1 teller working and another just staring at everyone but not taking any customers. Their customer service is dwindling. I've been with this bank since I've been 16 years old and I'm honestly thinking of transferring my Checking, savings account, and credit line to another bank.

I was wondering how we can put a negative stars for Bank of America. They should honestly announce that are no longer interested in the day to day banking service and customers. They should say from now on, online banking only and we'd understand. I need to make the payment for my supplier and I have no choice but do it online as BofA has closed all their drive through and have only one teller per no matter how many customers. I was at another Weston location and there was over 32 customer in line up and I decided to come to this location at least there fewer customers.
