We have banked at Home Federal for many years. We have always been pleased with the service we have received. The tellers are friendly nd efficient. Jennifer, the Vice President/Regional Manager, is exceptional. She is very knowledgeable, and she is communicates in a timely manner.

The people at this branch of Sevierville is rude and racist especially one of the managers. I've lived in Sevierville TN my whole life and I went in there with an older person that I take care of, and this lady in there was extremely rude to me, and without any proof whatsoever, she assumed that I was stealing from this older person that I'm living with, just because he forgets things SOMETIMES and he doesn't remember what or where he puts his money. I am very disappointed of this person at this bank that accused me for no reason and I feel insulted. She does not know me to talk to me the way she did. I heard good things about this bank before and wanted to open an account with them but after this incident that will never happen. I can't put less than 1 star because it doesn't let me but even one is too much.
