I have always had great experiences at Covington Credit. The ladies there are always very helpful and friendly. I love it when they call me to let me know I have available money. They are the best.

We love going to Covington Credit because they are fast friendly and help us above and beyond other loan places. We needed money and we called them and we were able to come in and get our check and put it in the bank that same day. They are friendly, fast and reliable. We really appreciated their kind and friendly professional employees and we will definitely be back if we need them. Thank you for helping us in our hour of need. We appreciate you all! ❤

These people are like sharks in the water. My 78 year old mother was not able to make her payment this month so they have called her every week to harass her about it. I ask Melissa the manager to stop calling her every week that she would be able to do something next month but she insisted that she would be calling again next week. Whatever you do don't deal with these people because if something happens that you won't be able to make your payment be ready to be terrorized!

Always friendly staff an very easy to work with. I highly recommend them if you are in a bind or even if you are wanting to build your credit.

Fast and easy! The ladies in office are professional and very nice. I was in and out in less then 10 minutes. I highly recommend.

They've always been very nice to us. I had forgotten a payment once and she did call but was very nice about it. I signed up for text reminders and dots forget. I also just put a little bit back each week for the payment so it's been pretty smooth dealing with them.

The other reviews of this location indicate a friendly helpful staff. This may be true when one is initially applying for a loan. However if you ever get behind on payments the manager begins to act like he is a 'loan shark' constant harassment calls and threats to come to your house to collect "his" collateral. He even yelled at my wife when she tried to make a partial loan payment. Thankfully the loan I had was small and I was able to pay it off but I will never patronize this company again. Also if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke avoid this place almost every time I came to make a payment he was standing by the door smoking.

The office staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The answered all my questions. They took the time to explain everything to me.
