This place just opened up and its great, great location , and very fast. I went in there cash my insurance check and I walked out with my money in less then 15 minutes. Amazing location, easy & very convienient for me. staff was friendly to. go there, great place

In and out very quickly. The guy was professional and was straight to the point. There's also an allpoint ATM in here. Parking was a bit tricky but it can be done.

I cooled down and thought about it. Hollywood Check Cashing is more of an employment check cashing office instead of a more commercial check cashing office that processes everything like money orders, and everything else on the spot. I wish these types of companies would advertise their differences from the more commercial check cashing offices instead of going inside on a dry run. The front clerk was courteous. I read some bad reviews about her but she was very precise, articulate, friendly and wasn't rude at all

The worst customer service experience from a extremely rude unprofessionally dressed slob working behind the glass who was past her five minute break she had posted on the glass and I still waited patiently 10 minutes later. Probably stuffing her face next store. I’ve been a long time customer who has cashed checks more than her two week salary and she treats me like I’m some criminal? I have multiple vendors and I explained to her that who she was calling to verify was a subsidiary company the real estate side. The check was cut through the corporate side and that I would be more than happy to give her the number so she can verify anything she needs through the corporate account. She rudely declined with a bad attitude. There has never been an issue with any of the checks I’ve cashed at this location. I’ve been going there for a few years now. Maybe she was still hungry and in a bad mood I don’t know but I know I won’t ever be returning to this place again! Rude!!

The silver lining to the nightmare in dealing with Western Union. Western Union and other agents proven to be useless. No hassles and the attendant was the nicest guy. Need more people like this in LA
