Beyond rude. "I'd rather invest in gold, it appreciates more." I don't care. I'm here to get a loan that has absurd interest. Don't advertise anything but gold if that's all you want to do.

I stopped in look at earrings for my mom for her birthday. I've always bought jewelry from pawn shops. They had a good selection to choose from and I ended up buying nice pair of gold earrings from Jeff. I recommend this shop as the owner is friendly and prices were great.

Jeff was friendly, firm and gave me a reasonable offer on my jewelry. I recommend him as he was fair. Found him easy to deal with. This shop is located in the tourist part of Hollywood.

Went to get my $250 guitar they would barely loan me $20 for, asked if I wanted a case for an extra $20, I said sure... So they brought my guitar out in the case, opened it up, said look good? I said sure.... I step out to play it the for the first time in a while when I realized there's a giant hole looks like it fell and blew the back bottom apart. I stepped back in and they said no refunds. They refused to give me the $20 I spent $30 in payback for. Worst and MOST scandalous service I ever saw.

Has no experience on items and very low offers , I was highly offended that he had no experience on my item but argued me down about it. He tried to lie about how much the item was selling on eBay. Ebay on his screen said the same thing I was saying and he still stuck with his story. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELS.
