This is a horrible place to do any business with. Staff is extremely hateful and make you feel uncomfortable with their whispering, accusations and dirty attitude. I recommend to stay clear of hobby services. We went across the street to advance America and was treated with respect and kindness. Was instantly approved with same credentials required by hobby services. Four of our friends ended going else where for help. Pasadena location had worst attitude. Also, their appearance was sloppy and unprofessional. Worst place EVER!!! ESPECIALLY PADADENA OFFICE! I fully recommend taking your business and money elsewhere. You'd better better service by simply throwing your money in the trash. STAY AWAY FROM HOBBY SERVICES!!!!

Horrible customer service one lady tried to down play what I do for a living and the other lady had an bad attitude for no reason and tried to tell me about my bank the old man has a dirty mouth on him and a bad smell not good for business the people are extremely rude. they give you the run around.the sign says hassle free that’s a LIE I would not recommend going here. If I could I would give No Stars they need to go out of business and quick. it took everything in me not to go off on them. Please Stay Away

Joe is amazing!!! Best loan company I've ever used!!!!

My parents bought a house and put it out to rent and a family moved in by the week. They have been renting there for 6 months already, and today they went to go ask for a loan because they haven’t paid the rent from March and April. They called my mom to verify they were actually renting there and my mom said yes and gave him the address also when he asked for it. He asked for a lot of confidential info that wasn’t supposed to be asked. Well anyways later on today the renter calls my mom and asks if it was true that we were going to make them move out, and my mom answers no and why would she ask that. Then she says the man she spoke to which was Joe mentioned to her that my mom said we wanted them out of the house in a short matter of time. I don’t recommend this place they tell lies behind your back. If you don’t want to loan them the money just say it with your own words. Super bad service please don’t make the same mistake they did of going, really not worth it.

This is not a good business they like getting over on people they want to talk to u any kind of way like u kids the waco office and they head man name joe he want hear both side or even look in to the problem he don't care causehe not the person get his money took from don't ever go to them they bad busines.

Wonderful people no trouble going through the process.
