Hillhurst Mortgage did what no other broker / lender was able to do for my husband and me! We both have untraditional incomes and don't show very much on our W-2. A+ group of individuals. All super professional, responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and passionate. I work in the film industry and many lines of revenue - but to a lender this was not something they wanted to see. Hillhurst knew it could be an uphill battle getting our mortgage secured - they were diligent and determined. I always felt supported and encouraged by them throughout this arduous, drawn out process. Eventually we prevailed with a new mortgage in hand- and the even though the process dragged on for months (no fault of Hillhurst), we were able to keep the rate locked in before the fed rate started spiking.
