Scott and Lisa Hill were recommended to us through our realtor, and we were so glad to have them on our team! They walked us through every step of the way while purchasing our new home. They were always available if we had questions (via text/phone/email) and worked hard making sure we made all deadlines. Scott made us videos for our reference explaining all the details of the loan which was incredibly helpful. Lisa’s communication with us was amazing and she kept us in the loop the whole way. My husband and I met with Scott for the final paper signing and he made the process a fun one! I highly recommend this team as you won’t be disappointed!

We are officially home owners!!! On our first try in 2021, we worked with Scott and Lisa to get a loan. Since I'm self-employed, and a pandemic just happened, I didn't have the right finances to contribute to my fiancee's. Fast forward to 2022, I reached back out to Scott because he was always honest and straight-forward with us. We tried an FHA loan with a multi-family and Scott and Lisa helped us put together an amazing deal, and worked closely with our realtors. We learned of all the documents we needed to gather (which was the most difficult part) and they instructed us and "held our hand" throughout the process (which we wanted and needed). We were in constant communication. It can be daunting and confusing but we made it to the other side. We had no idea what to expect from the lending process, but we feel more confident now that we have an amazing team with us.

They are fast and thorough and stayed on top of our refi with consistent updates and thorough guidance. I was about to buy a house and got to know Scott and Lisa through a referral. After talking with a few mortgage brokers, Scott and Lisa are the best I can think of. They are very friendly, very responsive, most importantly, very responsible and knowledgeable. They invested their time to answer any questions I had, does not matter if it is applicable to me to not. Scott is very good at making videos (feels like back to school time, professors’ online courses), I got to learn a lot about and became more prepared and confident. For my case, Scott would always try to think of different scenarios, lay out the pros and cons for each scenario, put that in front me, and let me make the best decision. Lisa knows every little detail, every single number on the paper, and never missed a step. The turnaround is so quick. They picked up the phone, responded to my emails real time. They care more about the details, think ahead for their clients. The whole process was like auto pilot, I never imagine it would be so smooth. We ended up closing earlier than the due date with the best interest rate I can have. I am very happy with the experience and appreciate everything they did for me.

You can't ask for more simplified lending process than what Hill Mortgage team (Scott & Lisa) offers. One of our friend referred Scott for our lending requirements when we were really struggling with conventional banks. Conventional Banks doesn't give you any clarity on the lending process. We just kept submitting tons of documents just to get the disappointment towards the end of the process. Scott and Lisa kept us informed about every step, provided us complete transparency on how each of our document will be used and made the process super easy. Scott personalizes the lending experience, creates personalized videos to explain every element in the lending sheet and made us educated throughout the process. Lisa is excellent in Operations, quick to respond and clarify all of the questions and doubts. Scott and Lisa have been a 'Guide' for us through out our journey from house searching, writing offers and closing with escrow.
