Douglas B. helped out me and my mom to deal with my deceased father's accounts. He helped out to deal with the situation and made sure to double check every step, all the while, being compassionate and sympathetic to our loss. My mom's English is not fluent, but Douglas was extremely patient and was able to explain the options in clear and simple terms to help her understand. Douglas has stayed way over the closing time to see everything through (I feel super bad about causing that, but very much appreciate not having to come deal with the painful subject again). Overall, great customer service. Very impressed with the care we have received. Everyone seemed to be genuinely interested in helping us and exploring all possible options.

Closing my account after 9 years I had been laid off and wanted to shut my account down because I couldn't afford the $34.00 fees I was getting hit with. Obviously I couldn't afford to bank here. I was talked into staying. "Just come in and talk to someone when this happens" I was told and fees were waived.... just for this to happen again but $68.00 worth that they refuse to reverse. Trying to get back on my feet at a new job. That $68 was my gas money to get to work this week. Thanks alot Chase.

They told me other chase banks were open spent alot of money on uber, but I guess that's not important. All I have is my i.d. I'm from napa here visiting. I thinking of taking my banking somewhere else.i don't know why she didn't tell me that,instead I went all over and none were open
