Worst customer service/warranty department. Poor quality and lack of responsiveness. The home is less than three years old and we just spent close to $1000 having a plumbing company come and repair an underground main water leak where they had connected the incorrect part to the main water line to install the irrigation system. We have owned multiple homes, and never had this issue in any of them. We have multiple plumbers check the part used and they have all concurred that it was an incorrect and defective device used. They tout about a 10 year warranty for structural issues, and we believe this IS a structural defect. They don't even have the common courtesy to come over and check our claim. They have totally ignored our problem. Next stop, BBB complaint.
