I went into the dealership on a Friday afternoon and was able to close a deal on a new bike that day! I couldn't be happier with the service I got. From start to finish I was met with quality personal from my salesmen to the manager. I explained to them my strict budget and were able to check off all of my items I wanted on my new 2022 road glide special! This dealership will get you the bike you want! And I couldn't be happier! Exceeded all expectations. Everyone there is very passionate as well as informative at there job. They all have a passion for riding and want to see you on the bike that YOU want. 10/10 recommend to others.

Recently visited High Octane, just to window shop and check out the motor clothes. Very positive experience, friendly staff made me feel right at home. No pressure, I own a bike but every now and then like to see what's available. When I'm ready I will definitely be back to purchase, go see Buck!!! He'll take good care of you!!!

Found a used Indian for sale online. Said inquire for price. Next day I get a call from High Octane. I asked for the price was told they won’t give a price over the phone as prices change daily with market value… okay I ask if I come in today what is the price-can’t give you that information. I schedule an appointment and come in on time. Talk the bike over with the salesman for a good 20-30 minutes. I ask for the price he can’t answer that. Another salesman comes in also can’t give a price. Salesman says I’ll go ask the GM about the price. Sit around another 20 minutes no one comes back. Go look for the other salesman who is now just hanging around downstairs. Ask him again what’s the price? He says he needs to ask him GM for the price. Leaves comes back about 5 minutes later and says the GM is busy and will be out shortly. Wait some more get frustrated at this point. Leave my phone number and tell them to call me when they get a price and leave. No call. When you have someone come in for a specific bike at a scheduled time have the price ready. Wasted an afternoon dealing with a “dealership” that apparently doesn’t want to sell bikes. Have a buyer in store just give me the PRICE.

I just purchased my first Harley Davidson at High Octane Harley Davidson and I must say I had a really great time there. The staff there was wonderful from beginning to end. Upsetting experience with this business. Mostly, it was disappointing trying to get to the bottom line with the sales department. I made the 40min trek to look at a used bike that they took in as a trade-in. It was immediately apparent that they couldn't care less about selling anything other than their flagship products. The specialist lied about model information and took every opportunity to try and showcase something else. When I finally spoke with someone else to negotiate on price, we didn't even get a chance to sit down. They made up excuses and false claims about the market before vaguely giving me a ballpark offer almost 20% above market value. They also wouldn't consider offering any financing for anything other than their Harley-Davidson bikes, which isn't a deal breaker, but speaks to how they don't prioritize following through with selling their trade-ins. Ultimately, in a few minutes there was no response to my counter-offer and the sales rep left abruptly to continue elsewhere. No follow-ups, no attempts at all beyond taking down my information at the beginning to make a deal happen.

First I’d like to say I don’t know how on earth they got 4.3 stars . Really ? And for what! Our experience with High Octane was so bad. We were invited to come down by some internet guy who wasn’t there the day we went instead we were greeted by Matt who stated he was the Floor Manager after showing us a few bikes we determined that 2 of them interests us so we asked Matt for the prices and when Matt came back to the table he started to fill out a credit application and when we asked for the prices he went to the desk and never came back he sent over some knucklehead guy to talk to us . If your the floor manager you should know or have access to a price list right? so what a sham! Do not go here!!’ High Octane is not a good place at all to purchase your bike.I’d advise you now to go to the Harley Davison in Manchester !!! They are awesome and we walked out of their sooo happy and while we were at Haley in Manchester just sitting there having pizza and talking to them they had made 5 sales .

I saw a 2015 Street Glide online and really liked it. I sent in an inquiry about it. That same day a sales person called to tell me about it and that they still had it. The problem was that I live out of state! I ended up buying a plane ticket to come buy the bike and only for someone else to call me back and say that the bike is still here but it was a different color now because someone else wanted the bags, fender, everything off the bike I was coming up to buy. Now I am out of money for the plane ticket. If I wanted a black Street Glide I could go to any dealership and buy one. Not very good business! Yes this was High Octane in MA. It was for a 2015 Street Glide with the Arctic Flash paint job!

I like the bike, but be warned, they will throw in extra fees like crazy. For a $13k bike, they ended up charging me $22k, almost twice the price of the bike. I had no idea they threw in a $3k pre-paid maintenance program (that I will likely never use). Be super careful, very shady practices

We obviously didn’t do a good job communicating the details because these numbers don’t translate to how we operate. When there are trade in’s and pay offs and financing and taxes and different terms and interest rates, we need to make sure we communicate these all clearly, to avoid misunderstandings like this.

Horrible worse experience with a company in my 58 years of living today 5/31/22 I was pre- approved to purchase a motorcycle at 1 Chelmsford rd. North Billerica,ma. signed for the bike! Then when asked for bank statements I said sure mine are deposited in my account by Ssdi. Government disability pay! tore up my sales agreement! Isn’t that a violation of the American disabilities act. We gonna find out filing with fed fcc now!

Complete Crooks. In sales, They pad all their numbers and try to screw everyone over. Service is no better either. Absolutely the worst attempt at buying anything in my life. They'll never get a dime of my money, and hopefully people reading this believe all the bad reviews as they are all true.

This dealership is awesome! The people are so friendly and they just make you feel comfortable and important. I took my time and looked at a bunch of different bikes. I test drove multiple models and I wasn’t an easy customer. They were patient and never pushy. Man when I finally bought the bike it was amazing. They announced it over the loud speaker and had me ring this big bell and everyone clapped and they blew the horns on all bikes in the showroom and honestly I was blown away. What an awesome place. The GM Frank came over to me and personally thanked me and he meant it. You need to come see these guys! Best experience ever! Thanks High Octane!

I have to first say I went to this dealer in early 2021 and wrote a review advising to stay far away from this shady game playing Harley dealership. Now I have to say I decided a month ago I would give it another shot seeing I live one minute away. What a mistake that was. The sales managers and sales people are by far the biggest crooks. I spent two days playing with numbers again to come to the same end game as my visit last year. They give you the numbers you want to see and then when it comes to sign the papers all the numbers are doubled. I took the hour trip to Sheldon’s the very same day after waisting two days at this dealership. Within two hours I was walking out with a brand new bike ten grand less than what this dealership was trying to pull. DO NOT WAIST You’re time or money at this dealership. Anyone happy with this place had blinders on and just signed the dotted line
I am sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, but one used motorcycle compared to another used motorcycle can be very different. Miles, condition, options, color, equipment, service history, and numerous other variables play a major role in the value and price of one used vehicle verse another. I am glad to hear you found a bike you are happy with and you are on the road riding.

Nice people, good selection of bikes and equipment. Very casual and friendly. Only negative, If i felt the need to accessorize my clothes to match my ride(which I don't), not sure I would spend 35 bucks for a sleeveless shirt, probably find it online cheaper. But all in all a nice place to go for bikes and service.

I just purchased a 2021 CVO Limited. Sarah was literally with me through the whole experience. I met her in the parking lot and from there she helped me through the whole process of finding the right bike (she literally steered me right to it!) all the way to the purchase and actually drove me home to get my check book! I can’t say enough about her and I probably wouldn’t have bought that bike if it wasn’t for her. No pressure just gentle persuasion. Ashley was also great in getting me a great deal on the new bike and my trade in bike. Also the finance department got me a great rate! I can’t say enough about the whole experience from walking in to ringing the bell! But a special thanks to Sarah for making it easier and calming my nerves. High Octane has a great catch there. Again thanks to everyone! It’s the bike of my dreams!

Don’t ever buy anything from High Octane Harley Davidson. My wife has a bike STILL under factory warranty and with a 3 year extended warranty and NEVER had running lights and they now say they won’t fix them. They have changed the light module in the past, disarming the keyless fob and security in the process and they have never worked right. Boston Harley Davidson in Revere pointed out to us that there were still no front running. Went back to High Octane and they are saying that Boston Harley randomly changed out the lights so they won’t honor their warranty. So any work you have done anywhere else, even at an authorized Harley Davidson Dealership will void your warranty. We are cancelling our extended warranty and will never buy a thing from them again and will forever tell this story to anyone that will listen. BTW, we had purchased 3 motorcycles there since 2017 along with two extended service plans and one (useless) extended warranty.

Beware of buying a Motorcycle from this dealer!!! They overcharge for the bikes, rip you off in finance by selling you a bogus VIP package that isn’t worth it at all. Went in with my bike that was over 33,000 and went to sell it to them with less than 200 miles on it and they low balled me with a offer of 24,500 and no refund on the bogus VIP package that they won’t cancel and give back any money on. So needless to say buy your bike somewhere else unless you want to get ripped off!!!

Popped into High Octane Harley just to browse at some bikes and kill some time. As always I was greeted with a warm welcome from every staff member. My cousin and I took a walk around the showroom with Peter, whom was very personable and genuine. Could tell that he loved the brand, the lifestyle and was interested in getting people comfortably into both of those things. Even after my visit Peter called a couple times just to check in and say “hi”. Although I told him that I currently wasn’t financially able to buy a bike he was understanding but still wanted to maintain communication in case things change. Great guy, great dealership!

These guys got me on bike that was sized to fit me perfectly. I felt comfortable with my feet on the ground and controls were all in reach. They are quite convincing, went in to browse walked out with a purchase. Shout out to Amir and Brian for accommodating my many questions/OCD

update - paid over $2,300 for the VIP service. part of that service includes "guaranteed three day service scheduling". Called in my for my 1,000 mile service and could not get service scheduled for SEVEN days. Just bought a bike there. Sales manager negotiated a price with me which was too high, but i wanted the bike. Then i get the final official paperwork from the accounting lady and there was all kinds of additional fees increasing the cost of the bike by thousands of dollars. All BS charges - shipping, assembling, documentation, administration. I ended paying just to get the bike and had massive regrets for allowing them to screw me on the price instead of just walking away. Never again. Follow up. Things are going from bad to worse with service department. Will so what they do in next few days to make it right. Stay tuned for update

Take the Learn to Ride program at High Octane! I 58 and finally decided to learn to ride a bike. Decided to take Basic Rider course from High Octane - they use real Harley's and not what look like dirt bikes at other courses! I talked to Luis at HO and he filled me in on how the program worked, what to expect and said to just have fun and enjoy the experience! He sold me on their program and the instructors were great and had us all riding, really riding, in less than 1/2 a day and PASSED MY ROAD COURSE TEST at the end of the course. Plus no pushy sales tactics - just a focus on getting everyone to learn to ride. Such a great experience - recommend High Octane's program to everyone who wants to learn how to ride.

This place is amazing! My salesman Bryan Yandoli was the most enthusiastic and phenomenal person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, he is amazing!! I have NEVER had an experience this good at a dealer ever in my entire life (car or motorcycle). He made the whole process welcoming and fun. He made sure I got the bike I wanted and never pushed me into something I didn't want. Any questions I had about a bike, he had an answer for me. When we went on the test drive, I felt like I was riding with a close friend, not some stranger I just met. From beginning to end, I had a fantastic time at this place. Even after I got the bike and was free to go, I didn't want to leave because I was having such a good time. Everyone I interacted with was professional, respectful, knowledgeable and made the whole day something I will fondly remember. I never once felt pressured to purchase anything I didn't want and no one talked me into anything I was not comfortable with. The assistant sales manager Luke worked with me the whole way through the purchase price to make sure I knew exactly what I was paying and to make sure I got the bike I fell in love with. I will be only dealing with High Octane Harley from this point on for my motorcycle needs.

I visited another motorcycle dealership in New Hampshire before visiting high octane and my experience was terrible I then visited high octane and dealt with John k. And Luke and John and Luke both made my experience amazing they helped me pick out my dream bike as they were knowledgeable with all the models and John made it an amazing experience all together and we were able to put a deal together on my brand new 2021 Harley Davidson road glide and I would 100% recommend anyone to go here and see John k. He is the best and I will not go to any other Harley dealer other than high octane and I’d recommend you do the same

Josh was such a rock star during our visit! My husband and I were both in the market for a motorcycle and, honestly, was the last of many places we visited that day. He was so patient and SO knowledgable. When either one of us sat on a bike, Josh could tell right away if it was going to work. He would see how we felt about each bike we sat on and then adjust accordingly to find another bike. Until each of us had found the perfect one. My experience was one of complete joy! In the purchase of my new Harley Davidson 2020 Electra Glide Standard. I told Blake what I was interested in and he lead me right to what it was I was looking for. A blank slate of a bike I could customize for myself. Perfect fit for me. It was a great time. I went in to High Octane Harley Davidson on a Wednesday. I was with my 9 year old son, and I was pretty confident I was going to purchase a new bike that week. I was approached by Peter, a fit specialist. He was very welcoming, knew his stuff and helped me find the right style bike for me. Rik, the assistant sales manager helped Peter show me many different bikes, both new and used. When I told them I needed my wife to help me make my decision they were not pushy at all. We booked an appointment for that Friday at 1100. On Friday Peter and Rik showed me about 7-8 different bikes with different set ups. They were extremely busy at the dealership due to their July 4th weekend sale, but they treated me like I was the only customer there. When we finally decided on a Road Glide we worked prices on one new one and one used one. I really wanted the new bike but it was a little out of my price range. I was honest with Peter and Rik and they got the bike to where I needed to be! I was so excited. But it gets even better... When I met Laurie in the finance office she BEAT the rate I was pre-approved for! She could have just let me use the bank I wanted to, but she went out of her way on a busy day to ensure I was paying the best price possible. Where else does this happen? I mean, seriously! Bob delivered my bike a few days later, and he was amazing as well. They really make you feel like family at High Octane. They were so great in the way they treated not only me, but my wife and both my kids. They were so great that two weeks later we got a second bike, a 2020 Street Bob for my wife! If you are in the market for a new or used bike make High Octane HD your first stop. They are amazing! Every single employee we met there was top notch. Great people and a great dealership.

Sales/Finance manager the worst I've every dealt with! They Lie and sell you stuff you don't want . I was advised to make General manager aware so I left him a message and never heard back from him which tells me this very old school bait and switch mentality is probably there trained way of selling. With the problems Harley Davidson is having with profile you'd think this place would be customer service oriented . NOPE ONLY THE BOTTOM LINE. HOWEVER SERVICE GUY ZAK IS 5 STARS I can honestly say I will never buy another item there again.....

I would give zero stars if I could. The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Tons of hidden fees you wont see till your first payment. Uncooperative and Greedy. Then to top it all off my bike gets totaled an these people didn't send the prorated amount they were supposed to towards the pay off, and on top they want another grand from me for service package that I can't even use . Their solution pay more money and finance another bike from them to swap it to that. I can promise you I will never spend a dime at this dealership again and if you were smart you wouldn't either.

I had a great experience at High Octane Harley. I had gone in prior over a year ago and the sales team then had different people that I wasn’t too keen on, per say. My recent experience.. Well let’s just say I walked out with a brand new Iron 1200, lol. My salesman - Ricky, was great to work with, didn’t blow up my phone or nag me to come by. And for being a newer salesman there, he did an excellent job retaining info on all the bikes, forgot some info here and there but overall I was very pleased with my experience and wold recommend anyone to High Octane.

on Sunday January 19 2020 and met Ashley McDonald for the first time. I told her what I wanted and were I needed to be for monthly payments. She told me no problem, she showed me a few bikes and one that I loved. We sat down and everything went great, she made me feel great knowing that she was going to do everything in her power to get me that bike and be where I needed to be payment wise. I came back that following Wednesday and met with her and decided to buy that bike, after having her bring me up stairs 3 times to look at it before I bought it. After that everything flowed so perfectly. I have to say Ashley is one of the BEST SALES person I’ve ever ever had to work with in my entire life. She is a 10 out of 10 in everything!!! I will most definitely let all my friends know that when they go to High Octane Harley to ask for her by name!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH ASHLEY!!!!!! I LOVE MY 2016 Street Glide Special!!!!!

Horrible experience. My Harley died on 128 in the third lane. I jumped it and got off the highway and replaced the battery, just to have it die again almost immediately. I called Billerica Harley for service and they refused to look and/or work on my bike because it has surpassed the 15 year mark. I bought a Harley for the exceptional brand name and service that comes with it. This dealership is disappointing and I will not return.

Its a dealer ship. Have found at times it can take weeks to have a repair done. Bought a used bike 2019 roadster in 2020 with 1,700 miles from them and when I replaced the oil of the primary found the drain half way in and being held in with Teflon tape. Dogged.

Had a great experience at High Octane Harley Davidson. They spent a whole day working with me to get me the best deal on a 2020 softail street bob. They were able to pay off my trade in completely got me the best possible loan with my credit score. And the staff are the best, really make you feel welcome and that they care.

While i have yet to purchase a new motorcycle from High Octane, i have taken the process all the way to the end. The staff worked extremely hard to get to the VERY best deal for me, working all the angles. I intend to return next year and complete the process when i am better situated. I have been to several Harley Dealerships across Mass and NH and have felt the most comfortable on all levels there. Update: did wind up buying a new bike here on May. I spent months researching what brand of bike I wanted. I went to High Octane for a workshop and while I was there was encouraged to look at a bike. My first instinct.... no way! I went back the next day and test drove one to be sure, to my surprise.... I wanted to buy. This was my bike for sure!!! The staff there are very nice. The first salesman was incredibly kind! ( sorry I can’t remember his name!!!) He made the biggest difference in my decision. Then AJ. and Rik tried but sadly there was no deal made. I was so excited when I thought it would happen but am extremely disappointed the sale didn’t work. They told me repeatedly they would make it work but in the end did not follow through. Two days and no agreement. My experience was disappointing. Sorry guys! With cash in hand they didn’t care.

A few weeks back I went to High Octane Harley in Billerica Ma. I had driven by it numerous times and with my recent interest in the possibility of becoming a Harley Davidson owner I decided to stop in and see what they had to offer. I was greeted by staff but it wasn't until I met their representative Justin that I really started enjoying the dealership. I was shown various bikes, and I asked a ton of questions (as I have never owned a bike before) and was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge and in the manner in which my questions were answered. He showed me around the entire establishmentwhich was very helpful as they have a large selection of gear to choose from. Items from accent pieces, (thought the spiked handlebars were awesome!), safety gear clothing, key chains...etc!!! One thing I was VERY impressed with was the response I got to some safety concerns regarding operating such a vehicle. Justin informed me of courses that were being offered in an attempt to reduce these concerns. After gathering all the necessary information (more than I ever thought could be gathered from a single visit!) I was asked if I would like to grab some food and a beverage before leaving. I accepted his offer and was escorted to a nice little area that was outfitted in a Hawaii style, nice touch! Before leaving I was given a date as to when they would be doing another theme, was walked to the door and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience! When the time comes to buy a Hayley Davidson, THERE IS NO PLACE OR NO ONE I'd place my trust in! Looking forward to my purchase!

Just passing through and wanted to stop for a t-shirt. Super friendly staff everyone we saw either said hello, asked if we needed any help or said they were nearby if we needed anything. Had my mini poodle Marley and struck up a conversation with one of the girls who has a cockapoo. On the way out he scored a treat at the front desk. And we got our t-shirts.

I Do Not Recommend this place!!! If you have to have service done look somewhere else. I had a crashed bike that I sent there on July 11th after my accident on June 25th. I was told 6-8 weeks minimum for my fuel tank. Ok no worries. 7 days later I called to say I wanted to upgrade my tank and they told me the tank was already there with my name on it and couldn't be returned or refunded. Then we played the waiting game for all the parts to come in before they would even start the work. Month goes by. Still waiting... I called back 3rd week of August and it had looked as if they were gonna put it on the lift to start assembling. Told I would get it before my birthday September 3rd. I called on the 2nd. They built as far as they could. They had to order more parts. "One which was on back order til mid October" so I called around, found it at another dealer, drove 300 miles round trip and delivered to them on the 5th. Was told by the technician I would have it by Tuesday or Wednesday. I waited. Called on September 11th. Asking where my bike is. "Found another broken part" we are gonna look for the part. Not waiting for them I called around again and found it and told them they need to go get it. Waited a week. Called the 18th. Said they are putting it on the lift and it will be finished by the end of the weekend... here it is the 22nd. Finally have my bike returned to me in my driveway..... How did I get treated... awful, I still had to pay my $500 deductible (which they took off a battery warranty) so 428. And didn't even wash my bike!! When asked if there was anything they could do for all my disappointments and empty promises they said they "waived the 250 estimate fee, and gave me free Deliverary" wow I will never give them another cent in my life!!! They just lost a customer and many more!!! I will never recommend them!!! Don't even have Technicians that can properly take apart a bike and know which wires go to a fuel take or engine temp sensor. That can't properly inspect the whole bike and know what they need from the start. So awful!!! Completely disappointed. Don't go here!!!

I can’t lie, I spend a lot of time window shopping at Harley because of the environment and how friendly everyone is, especially this employee named Cassandra. I guess she worked in the motorcycle department. I caught her helping an elderly man, who was walking with a cane, around the dealership to help him buy a bike. I then saw her help him into his car... after she sold him a trike! I had to find out what her name was and when I asked her, she was so sweet and so ready to help me and make friends with me. I’m not sure what it’s like to buy a bike, but I’d put my money on Cassandra and that kind of customer service! She’s exactly the reason I like going to this place with no intentions of buying stuff! Such a cool place! They have events too!!! Thank you guys!

I have a personnel history with this dealer since I have traded in and bought bikes from this particular dealer. Matti and Steve in sales have bent over backward to keep me happy with my current purchase along with Jen who went the extra mile to accommodate me with service. Had a "gray area" issue that wasn't covered on a recently purchased used bike and Steve took care of it after hearing me out and saved my riding weekend. This dealer stands behind its bikes and, if asked nicely, will go the extra mile to please you if you have good reason. I would recommend this dealer to all my good friends no problem. They stepped up to the plate to help me out more than once on my used bike and won't forget that. Will be back for more without worry. By the way, Matti just loves to ride in the rain. Its his favorite thing. ;)

I am now the proud owner of a 2021 Sport Glide Deluxe thanks to these guys!A lot of extra work I gave this staff to get the bike that I wanted and to register it across the country in my home state but these guys were always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help me out. I first walked into High Octane around November 2021 just to window shop the bikes. I had an idea of the bike I wanted as my first Harley. I met the Salesman Rik upon entering. He was standing at the entrance and greeted me as if we already met. I told him the bike I was thinking about and he let me sit in a few bikes while asking me questions about my riding. Based on the answers I gave he recommended a totally different bike and he was 100% correct. We stayed in touch over the next few months. Rik gave me no pressure what so ever and waited until I was ready to buy. The first week in February 2022 I bought a 2022 Street Bob and I absolutely love it. It was the right bike for me and I am very glad Rik helped me decide. At High Octane Harley, everyone in all the departments are so helpful and they genuinely want you to have a great experience. I have been a sales manager for 20 years and I know good customer service. I have been there several times since my purchase even though there are other dealerships much closer to my home. Adara and Starr at the merchandise department are wonderful and will help you decide on the best gear. Jim the delivery guy brought my bike to me and walked me through all the details. This is my first Harley and I am beyond happy with High Octane. Even while my sons were waiting for me to pick out some goodies the staff interacted with them. Went in the other day to check out motorcycles with my husband who has been thinking about buying a Harley for a long time. We had a great experience here. Met “buck” who showed us around, was super knowledgeable but never made us feel pressured to buy which has happened to me at so many other dealerships! Update - spoke with Frank. Unfortunately, more of the same. Spent another 3 weeks on this, only to hear the same story. Acknowledged that they would try and make a few thousand dollars on my trade but not give me any of that for my trade (I was willing to accept $8K less than their advertised promotion of average retail value ). I was actually still considering making the bad deal until he told me they were going to add a $1300 “prep” fee to the new bike!!! That’s on top of paying MSRP plus freight. I’ve bought 15 new bikes and have never been charged a prep fee like that! Absolutely outrageous. Very disappointed in High Octane. Once again, a dealership owned by the same group, doesn’t honor their advertised promotion price. A few weeks ago, I tried to make a deal and they wanted to offer me a auction trade number for my year-old bike with 1300 miles on it. We parted ways. This past week, I got an unsolicited text from them, offering to give me retail trade/in for my bike! We started talking again and they offered me - THE SAME NUMBERS as they had a month earlier! Even worse, they now wanted MORE MONEY for their new bike!! They knew who I was and still came back to me and offered the same!! Why!!! I won’t be doing Business with another Veracka dealership.

Terrible / Awful place . Stopped by to get a sticker for My 1995 Harley. Went in ,everyone standing around doing nothing. No help at all. My bike won't start.now . Asked for a jump pack ,was told they didn't have one . Would not even help get me get going , Told me they don't work on bikes over 10 years old !!! Told me to call someone on Oak St . Chelmsford,.Finally a Man and his granddaughter asked me if they could help ! Gave me a push / jump start to get me on my way ! Turned out to be a bad battery ! Thanks High Octane for nothing !! I wouldn't buy a roller skate from you !! I will travel back to American Harley Davidson in Leominster for better service !!!

I called about a iron 883 that I was ready to buy already approved he told me bike that was advertised on there site was under contract but the customer could not get credit I asked if customer gave a deposit he would not answer my question like if he did not want to sell me the bike I asked to speak to the manger he told me no then he hesitated 5 seconds and told me he is the manger they just lost a sell and future business would not recommend

Trying to charge nearly 4 grand over new bikes mrsp for a used one and offer less than 3 grand for a bike with barely any miles, yes its an older bike that I bought from you, first time I bought a bike from this place the experience my atrocious, but I said hey less hive them a shot after they have been calling me everyday for the past month. I don't like feeling like I am being attacked by the sales staff every time I am buying parts or items in apparel. As a service manager for an auto repair shop, I can say with certainty the service department needs a lot of work.

This dealership truly treats ALL customers with respect. They took the time to make sure we found the right bike and encouraged test rides. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and made to feel like family. Peter V, Ashley and Joe worked seamlessly together to make the purchase smooth. They did not use any high pressure sales tactics or play guess the hidden fees, which was refreshing. Their approach to customer service should be modeled across other Harley dealerships in the area as there is one particular within a neighboring state that needs a lot of help.

This writer was on High Octane Harley's website looking for a preowned Street Glide. I have seen one for a sweet deal, so I called and inquired about it. They told me to come on down and I did. But when I got there I was introduced to Salesman Dave. That Street Glide was not available. Of course I started thinking what the hack is going on, right would you? So Dave showed me around and I could not find another as my heart was being called by that Street Glide. Then Ashley the Sales Manager came over and work with my credit to get me a bike. She came up with a bike in my monthly payment budget. Honestly I wasn’t as happy as I should be but went all in. Now that I have a brand new Harley , I want to thank Ashley and Dave for finding the right bike to fit my needs. Huge surprise to me but I am very excited with my new ride and it is exactly what I need for long rides. Again thank you Ashley and Dave for being spot on and putting up with my insanity!!!! This is the spot to go to. It didn't feel like a sale, it felt like I was talking to a friend about which bike seemed best for me. Elena is great. Down to earth and honest about the how's and why's of going brand new or used. She knows her bikes inside and out and knows how to connect with you as a person. Luke does his best to get you into a package that you're comfortable with and does it with super speed. And from what i experienced, it works perfectly. Even the folks that weren't directly helping me made sure everything was smooth. They all really make you feel welcome too when they encourage you to come back to your new "clubhouse". There's really nothing negative I can say about this place. Best experience I've ever had at a dealership.

The week of 23 August I was headed back to Ohio from New Hampshire. On the freeway my bike all of a sudden didn't feel right. I pulled over and discovered I had a rear flat tire. I had my bike towed to High Octane Harley which was about 5 miles away. Joe in service got me in as quick as he could. While waiting Rik and Bryan in sales helped me kill the time. So a big thank you to these three guys. And I even got my bike washed.

Went to get an offer on a used bike. At first was very good service, talked about an expected (and reasonable) offer. By the time I got there 3 different people came out to look at my bike for an appraisal, told me it was leaking oil everywhere (not true in the slightest) , and gave me an offer almost 1/2 of what they mentioned when I talked with them on the phone. Pretty disappointed..

I was transitioning from a metric bike to something more upright, back and neck friendly. The staff at High Octane Harley helped me pick out the perfect motorcycle to meet my needs. More importantly they were willing to work with me to deliver that motorcycle at a price that met my budget. Overall it was a fantastic experience. I felt I was hanging out with bike enthusiasts who happened to sell me a motorcycle instead of in a bike store just looking to sell another bike. I bought a 2020 RoaD Glide Special during Covid and the process went smoothly . This was my first bike and i was excited to buy one . Long story short, i bought the extended warranty with the bike and was told if i ever change my mind about the warranty i could easily call them back and receive a pro- rated dollar amount. So i went for it ! Fast foward roughly 6 months later, i sold the bike. I recently made a call and spoke with Laurie who handles the paperwork. Was told i would receive an email with a form that i need to fill out in order to get me a refund. Great !! a week later no email .Called back and left a message with saleman that said she will personally get the massage to call me back. Still No Call.... Another week goes by i decide to email her since i know they don't return phone calls. Another week or so goes by and now i writing a disappointing review which i hate to do . Like i said the buying process was great but the customer service part of the business stinks !!

Like a lot of these reviewers, I had a horrible experience trying to get pricing and make a deal on a used bike. The salesman was fairly new and did everything right but when it came time to give me pricing and start negotiating, I had to deal with his manager who couldn't understand that I came in for a specific bike and I knew exactly what I wanted and what I didn't want (I definitely didn't want a brand new stripped down Street Glide with nothing in common with the Road Glide I drove 40 miles to look at). They kept playing this back-and-forth game so I finally got up and left without another word. Unfortunately, this dealer group now owns Manchester HD and they've adopted the same sales strategy.

I was getting in to biking after 25 years, High Octane people were very helpful understanding. They had enough inventory to select from, based on my requirement they got me great 2019 Bike Sportster. Worst service I’ve ever seen. It was bait and switch from the moment I got there. Went to see a bike they had advertised on there web site and of course the bike doesn’t exist. All they tried to do was sell me a new bike. I asked about a few other used bikes and they wouldn’t even give me a price, kept trying to get me to fall for the new bike. Had appointment for 1000 mile service, luggage rack, and backrest for driver seat on 5/4/2021. Was told to bring trike in early AM. Left Cape Cod @ 6:40 AM & pulled into High Octane’s lot at 9:20. Bike sat until 2:10 PM. Was told on arrival it would be several hours just for the service, never mind the installs. Why did I have to be here early? The amount of time spent on smoke breaks could be better used. A little frustrated to say the least!

They had the bike I wanted with all of the options I was looking for, in stock for me to test ride. Shaun couldn't have made a first bike purchase any easier. His expertise is truly appreciated by a new bike owner. The "introduction walk around" to all of the staff once we made the purchase was one of the coolest things. The entire crew made us feel like family and continue to make sure we are 100% satisfied-which we are completely satisfied. First bike, first Harley. I've been back since for accessories and they treat you the same if you buy a bike or just a shirt.

Bought my 2019 CVO Limited last January. Cass Summers was the Fit Specialist I worked with and I'm so glad I did! She knew that bike cold. No pressure, worked with me on everything and helped me find the right bike for me. I went in knowing I wanted the Limited, but she even showed me lesser-priced bikes just to make sure I was fitted with the right bike for me. THAT's making sure a customer is going to leave happy. As for financing, these guys set me up with a far better rate than I was able to get from my own credit union. I had paid off my other two bikes before going to purchase this one and got a rate quote from my own CU, and these guys got me a much better rate. Nothing but great service, attention, prices and inventory at High Octane! Kudos to Cass for making it all happen, I'd recommend her for anybody that wants to get to know a bike when they're making their purchase, she certainly knows her product!

Love high octane! Joe markles is the man , if your in the market for a new or pre owned Harley contact Joe ! All around great staff , service department is by far the best in New England. They make you feel like family and take good care of their customers even after the sale .

Staff is good but put there are so many things either not told or hide from customer. Please do more research before doing deal with them 1. Tax on complete amount while during final payment , it was change on base amount of motorcycle. 2. I was told that finance will be through credit union , but then they finance through Harley who gave me over 7% APR . My points are over 800. My car is at 1.99% which I almost paid off. Not sure how they did credit check. 3. Biggest lie about offers. I was told tires will be free for life time but when deal was done, I was told, that it will be only when you get all service done from here which is like I have to drive 40 miles to get the service for my bike. 4. Overcharges on all the things. I bought the bike this time, but when I upgrade will look more trusted agency where things are told more clearly

If your bike is over 10 years old they won’t work on it. Harley Davidson doesn’t support their products. Going back to BMW. Never should have strayed from BMW

Felt like a bait and switch. Had a few bikes posted online for multiple weeks that where good deals in my option and once you get there they try to put you on a brand new bike instead way out of your budget saying those bikes sold weeks ago. Then why don’t you take them off your web site and Facebook market place if they are gone and not leave them posted for 4 weeks?

The salesman was very knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for and tried everything to find it. I found a bike online and was told high octane and manchester share the site and they could bring the bike I like to high octane for sale. When I arrived they had no desire to even contact manchester. I was looking to spend no more than 8000 for my first bike and when a manager came over he was trying to sell me a bike for 16,000 after explaining I'm not spending that much he than tried to force a bike on me that was 12000 than I had no interest in. I went to walk out when they had to send another manager over to smooth things out. After dealing with her we found a bike in my price range. The next morning I contacted my insurance company than called the dealership to get the paperwork all set. I than called 2 days later to make sure it was done they said yes. They will call me back with delivery date. When they called back they wanted to know when I was picking it up. After two more days of waiting for the delivery date they called back and told me my insurance company hadn't sent the paper work back even though they told me it was all set. I called my insurance company and they said the paper work just came through on the fax 5 days later. Than they called me back to see when I was picking the bike up a 2nd time. At this point I had already talked to 5 different people about a delivery date. Delivery went smooth rest of the dealings I had with them did not.

I drove up to the place after seeing a used Iron 883 on their website and found out that it was not there but was led to the pre-owned section followed by a offer to buy a new bike as the same price as the used one. I did ended up buying a new one. The sales and after sales people were super nice and attentive from the gears section to the parts it was a great experience. Now comes the not to awesome part, I did order a few accessories for the bike and was told that it was not in stock and I'll be getting a phone call in about a week. Never got a call after 3 weeks so I visited the dealer and was told that it has been with them for about 2 weeks now. Well, so much for the follow up. Since I was already there, I did go for a Stage 1 upgrade and was again told that I would get a call, which I followed up in about a week and was told that all the parts had arrived. Also, I did receive about 6 different phone calls asking for a review at which point I got so fed up and told them to take my name off the list. That didn't stop and I get a call asking how my experience was again, which I told them it was fine, the lady at the other end literally forced me to do a google review that same day which I told her I was not able to but kept pressing. Right now, my motorcycle is at the dealer and waiting for it to be put together, I'll update this review on that experience. At the service desk, I did see a few pissed off customers too. For now it's a 2.5 star rating.

Awful experience! I originally went into High Octane looking for a used 2019 Street Bob that was advertised at 11888K. When I went in, they told me the bike was in fact 15400... The sales person said that they had to include 899.00 for a used conditioning fee, along with other fees and taxes. I ended up exploring my options and had them run the numbers for a 2020 Street Bob. I was told out the door it would be around 17,400. Now I understand there is fees and taxes but they tried up-selling quite a bit here. I ended up calling my boyfriend, who also had a terrible experience at High Octane. My boyfriend walked out and purchase a brand new bike for a much better price at Boston Harley. My boyfriend originally told me not to waste my time going to High Octane and go directly to Boston Harley. I was forced to go to High Octane to check out the used bike. Long story short, while I was with in the office with the finance manager, running my numbers at High Octane, my boyfriend reached out to the sales person at Boston Harley. Boston Harley over the phone provided a much better deal. High Octane would not match the deal. I ended up walking out and completing basically my whole purchase via the phone with Boston Harley with a much deal and price. If you go to High Octane, do yourself a favor and reach out to Boston. My boyfriend, his friend and myself all saved thousands of dollars on our purchases for three brand new bikes. Yes I mean thousands of dollars on your purchase. Boston Harley makes it an excellent experience, enjoyable and their prices are transparent. When I was at High Octane Harley, they took the fun right out of it and made it a miserable experiance. Went to this dealer because of an advertisement for a used Iron Sportster. Ended up learning that the picture for the bike was different than the one for sale. The team their honored the price on the flyer for the one in the picture. They are decent people and I was able to do the transaction on a Sunday and ride into the sunset on a chilly April evening. I may live about two hours away from them but when I buy another used bike I’ll be making the trip up to see them.

Had a really great experience working with AJ to get my new Fat Boy. It took some back-and-forth as you'd expect with any dealership but their sales team offered a fair value on my trade-in with an out-the-door price I thought was very reasonable. I also got a great deal on the VIP package which covers Tires For Life, Unlimited Mileage Service, and Unlimited Oil Changes for 3 years (or more/less if you choose) along with many other coupons & offers like discounts on winter storage. I highly recommend considering the VIP Package if you plan on doing a lot of miles. Another cool perk is they have their own registry. They were able to setup my new registration within a day and I rode home without having to set foot in the RMV which is still appointment-only due to COVID. High Octane made the process really simple which I appreciate. Overall, I'd definitely recommend them if you're in the market for a new Harley.
