We were approved and able to get assistance with the labor bill of $437. Mr Orlando brought the car to the main entrance so my husband did not have to walk far. We left with big smiles. The staff on the phone and in person are good. It would be 4 stars if the layout/organization of the sales versus part/service was better arranged and more easily understood. The signage/direction of where to go may work great when you know where everything is, but is not intuitive for a first time visitor.

This was, without question, the best car buying experience I have ever had. The car I wanted was nowhere to be found - I called Heritage and Melissa Cole started working her magic. She was able to order the exact car that I wanted. During the time I waited, Melissa proactively reached out to give me updates on the expected delivery date of the vehicle. I never once had to call and ask for status updates - I really appreciated this and it added to the good feeling I had about working with Heritage and, specifically, Melissa. Melissa had most of the paperwork ready to go when I got there (having driven 2 hours I appreciated her respect for my time). She negotiated a fair and competitive trade value for my current car and even applied discounts to the purchase I didn’t even know I was eligible for! I would not recommend anyone to purchase a car from this dealer. I'm appalled that I brought a friend and gave them business. I have countless issues with this dealer since my purchase. I have contacted VW Cooperate to help me resolve this since I feel like I'm getting no where with the store managers. I purchased my brand new VW Tiguan on December 9th, 2021 with the Charles and Tom. During my sale, Charles was helpful in getting me deal I was looking for so for that I'm grateful. I brought a friend to purchase a vehicle just a week later after my SALE experience with Charles. My friend and I actually left at first because we felt like they were not accommodating their want for a car. Charles reached back out and was able to get them back in. My friend called me in the beginning of January to ask if I had gotten my tags so we could go together to pick them up. I mentioned I never got a call, I called Heritage immediately and to my surprise my tags had gotten there before Christmas. When I traded in my previous vehicle, I was owed a balance for the car. It's now February 5th, 2022 and I have yet to be paid. I would like to add that the car was sold to another customer as well. Kevin, the sales manager and Charles have both stated they are waiting on a release form from Ford for the vehicle. I have done my part and have called Ford more times than I'm sure they have. At this point, this is not my issue as the customer. This needs to be resolved between Heritage and Ford to get paperwork. I have been given the run around from every employee at this dealership. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. The deal was definitely not worth this.

Will not buy a vehicle from this dealership again. This was my second time buying here. They tend to waste a lot of time. We visited them yesterday and made the deal but it took so long that we could not finish the purchase. Today I we went again to do the purchase as price had been already agreed to the night before. Guess what, it took us four and a half hours to complete the purchase. I had the same experience many years ago at this location. Thinking about this waste of time just p***es me so much. Overall, we spent more than seven hours at this dealership for today’s purchase of two vehicles. Not going to do this again. I’m so mad at myself.

I purchased a used vehicle from the preowned dealership about 6 weeks ago, and had a great buying experience. They delivered the vehicle to me 1.5 hours away, and sent someone to do the paperwork at my office in PA so I didn't have to drive back down to MD once I decided to purchase the car. I was a little worried about buying a car from so far away, but everything went smoothly. Melvin (salesperson) and John (manager) were great to work with. A few weeks after the purchase I even got a $6 check in the mail because apparently I had slightly overpaid for the registration fees. I feel like that says a lot about their professionalism and honesty. Getting the car inspected in PA was no problem either. My local VW mechanic couldn't find anything wrong with the car, so that was nice too.

After a terrible experience at another VW dealership, I was highly impressed with the staff here. I ended up purchasing a 2019 Jetta R-line and worked primarily with Tom Robinson who was nothing but polite, helpful and friendly. Small talk is normally very awkward for me but I felt at ease chatting with such a kind soul. The buying process took a lot longer than expected so I was quite hangry and he offered to get me snacks on his own dime. Obviously, that wasn’t necessary but I greatly appreciated the offer. While there, I also worked with the sales manager, Charles, who went above and beyond to make me feel like my time and business mattered with attention to detail and an infectious positive attitude. I’m the final step, I spoke with the finance guy, Khaliq. He did a great job finding options, explaining things and was very personable. Overall 10/10 highly recommend

Overall, I definitely feel as if I received excellent customer service by all of the people I encountered throughout the process of purchasing my new (well, used but for me it was new) VW Golf. I am so happy we did. The main reason the experience was so smooth and worked out was due to Spencer Buettner. He was great to work with. He asked what we needed to make the deal work for us, helped to advocate for us on our trade-ins, and was finny, personable, and knowledgeable. He just made an experience that many don't enjoy a lot more enjoyable, and he was in our corner to make everything work out on both sides -- very transparent, which helped make all of us happy. I've been getting my car serviced here for about four years now, but I've officially had enough. I originally scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance at 4:30pm on a weekday back in November, but I received a call the day of stating that I either needed to come in at 2pm or reschedule. It was too late for me to take time off of work, so I rescheduled to December 11th. I spoke to the service consultant when I arrived at 10am that Saturday morning, and I told him that I received a diagnostic from a car shop in Ayer, MA a few weeks prior. My engine light had come on and I was out of town, so I just wanted to make sure that it was safe to drive home to Baltimore. They told me the throttle was dirty and that it just needed to be cleaned. They also recommended that I go to a VW specifically to get this done. They printed out the diagnostic for me... and they did this for me FOR FREE. The service consultant was rude, sounding disappointed that I took my car anywhere but a VW. I told him I just wanted to make sure I could drive the car back to Baltimore safely, so I went to the closest car shop. (Not that I needed to justify anything to him.) Then he handed the papers back to me and stated that he "couldn't use a third-party diagnostic" and that "they needed to perform their own diagnostic, which was cost $125." So he completely ignored what I told him the problem was. Not to mention, $125 to perform a diagnostic, which only takes a few minutes to perform? (It definitely does not take 1.5 hours like it stated on the diagnostic paper I was given later on.) Total rip off. Either way, I agreed to the $125, because I just wanted this fixed. I was then approached by a different service consultant, who told me that nothing was wrong with the engine, but that there was something wrong with the "mass airflow" in my car, and that to clean it out, it would cost in total $385. Basically, to me, that means I need a new filter... which definitely shouldn't cost that much. I decided to take my car and leave, because I couldn't afford to pay that much right now. But I was still charged the $125. I essentially came in with one problem, that was then ignored, and then I left with another one that cost me over $100. Definitely won't be coming back.

The dealership had the vehicle ready for me upon arrival and I was able to test drive it right away. Once we were able to reach agreeable payment terms and have my trade valued, I was taken into finance within 10 minutes. This was the first time I went through the electronic process, which was great because it took maybe 15-20 minutes to go through everything. Thanks, Harrison. The best part is that I walked out with a flash drive with all of my paperwork instead of an overstuffed envelope. Melissa went through everything on the vehicle with me and made me feel instantly comfortable and confident in my purchase. Thank you to the Heritage VW Parkville team for a great experience.

You know I can relate Heritage you price you see DJ and I was very pleased that's all just I'm very pleased with the service I received in her just by Mike Lanci and Steve Cho . I have a blessed day and keep up the good work

i only gave it a 4 star because i had major issues with my service advisor but the service manager daniel mcmahon was very nice and friendly in resolving my issues. thanks

Katie Chen was awesome. She was very attentive to our needs and worked HARD to find us the perfectly vehicle that would fit our needs. We had some issues with other salesman, but Katie was great! Go see her!
