I highly recommend Heritage Title and Company , they're very professional and kind. I purchased a home without a realtor, thanks to Tamsy Yeager the whole process went very smooth. She kept in touch with the loan officers and kept me in the loop through the whole process. And even at closing she gave me great advice that went beyond her job.

I made a severe mistake by going to this lady for the closing on my deceased mom’s property, this lady is so sloven and lazy she wouldn’t go next door to the surveyor to get a recent survey and she acted like she didn’t know where the place was when asked. I was too far into the transaction to switch, because I had lined up my own buyer but I suggest you use EDDY LAW FIRM for your closing. If it is not too late , bail out now rather than deal with these mental basket cases.

The only company located in the Russellville area that service Owner Finance contracts by both handling payments as well as enforcing specific terms within the contracts, keeping both the sellers and buyers protected by acting as a neutral third-party. Regarding all of their services, their staff is both dedicated as well as loyal to the company, having many people employed there for a decade or more. They recognize that, for most people, a home purchase is one of the most important and one of the largest purchases they will ever make in their lives. So the employees recognize the importance of the accuracy of their work as well as the importance of constant communication with everyone involved in this purchase, including both the buyers and sellers, loan officers, real estate agents, etc. (My source: I worked for this company in 2013 & 2014.)

They are very helpful and try to be understanding if you have to be late on a mortgage payment.

Do Not trust!!!! at all made out a title for our family that made it impossible to sell our house went to see them about it if it could be fixed only got to talk to reseptionist handed the phone and told to TALK TO THERE LAWYER! NEEDLESS TO SAY NO THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO FIX IT OR TALK TO US ABOUT IT !!!
