I had 2 loans with them. One being a car loan. My car got totaled out and was paid off by insurance. Pay off amount was given to insurance for a 10 day pay off. Insurance paid that amount and car should have been paid off but NO. Agreeing that this was THEIR mistake.. they refused yo resolve the debt of $29.66. Now given the interest they have already collected from this loan yo begin with at 11.95% and then have already cashed the check for pay off and still can't fix their OWN mistake of $29.66? This is absolutely ridiculous!

Staff is always helpful and happy. If I ever have an issue they are quick to get it fixed.

Very helpful,lost my wallet with I'd and everything else they had made a copy of my driver's license and printed it out for me they replaced my debit card while I was in line . The print out of my driver's license was all I needed to a new one.they went above and beyond the normal of what you get now special thanks to the teller
