I have used Home South Mortgage two times over the last 7 years and have had major success with both transactions. Jack Shields is hands down the best in the business. Jack's work ethic and customer service (both day and night) was amazing throughout the entire process of finding our next home. I would highly recommend Home South Mortgage if you are looking for a loan officer who will keep you updated and provide fast responses with any questions you might have throughout the process. They truly have a customer first approach throughout the loan process. Their ability to lock in our low interest rate before they increased over the last 2 weeks, and being clear to close in 12 days was super appreciated! Would use again if we ever are in need of a mortgage or refinance.
