My husband and I went to heritage housing looking for more details on the buying process and wanting to view some of the homes to really get a feel of what we like. Wayne was great, he was friendly and made jokes the entire time. He informed us very well and had an answer to every question that we asked. He showed us homes that were what we wanted, and helped us figure out the next steps in the process. We will definitely be buying from Wayne at Heritage Housing!

My husband and I went to Heritage Housing of Athens for the first time last weekend. We were greeted by Wayne Hill. He answered all our questions and helped us find a perfect model. They had a large inventory on site. It was really nice to be able to physically see the homes. Thanks so much Wayne- You're the best!!

Our family went to heritage homes to look for an option for housing on our land. Wayne was absolutely knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell us false hopes. He was nice , informative, and understanding. Ask for Wayne for your housing needs!

Should have checked them out first. I can understand why they received a C- rating from the Better Business Bureau. Based on the website and the hours posted on the front door their Saturday hour of operations is until 5:00pm. We drove over an hour in search of not just one house but two! We arrived at 4:10pm and first greeted by a very unfriendly gentleman stating they only receive customers by appointment only on Saturday’s. After I quoted the hours on the website and referenced the hours literally posted on the front door, that salesman quickly turned us over to a man by the name of Wayne. Wayne gave his best attempt to explain how they are soooooo busy everyday they have not found time in the last 2 months to update the website OR the sign on the front door. There appeared to be at least 4 salespersons working and 1 other customer, might I add that customer reports they stopped in Friday and was told they require appointments on Friday. Sounds a little sketchy to me. Appears they make $$ off the customers they can bait and hook. Side note the homes they have look like modified storage sheds from the outside; just saying. BBB rating C-!

My husband and I went in to look at houses for our family! Wayne broke everything down for us and answered every questions we threw at him! He showed us some beautiful houses and we will definitely be going back to see Wayne once we are ready to buy!

Wayne Hill was the best. He went over all our options and we are on our way to owning our home on our land. Thank you so much!

When arriving at Heritage Housing of Athens, I was met with a very friendly and professional man by the name of Kevin White. Who brought me into his office and gave me a very detailed explanation of the company and how things work differently between each county. And was able to thoroughly answer any and all questions I had. Before giving me a tour of the lot. Where he was then able to explain everything from the frame to the roof of each trailer I saw. 10/10 would recommend Heritage Housing of Athens to a friend or family member where they are knowledgeable, professional, but most important friendly.

First I spoke by phone with the very personable and knowledgeable manager. Our conversation confirmed that Heritage Housing is a solid company with which to do business. Then, my husband and I went in and met with Kevin White to tour homes and get more information. Kevin was extremely personable, kind, professional and informative. As an educator, I appreciate when other professionals provide a broad scope of information, and an education on their product or service. Kevin did just that superbly. We spent about an hour with him touring show homes, asking questions, and learning about the company, the product and the process. We left Heritage Housing of Athens feeling very pleased with our experience. We will do business with them and really appreciate how they handle sales, education and customer service!

I had to re-write my review because these people are useless. Maritza is a great sells person but other then that everyone is horrible. Rebecca has the worst attitude. I have so many details that have to be fixed in my house and it’s almost July and my house was delivered to me in January and pretty much nothing has been done. My floor is completely lifted and they don’t want to replace it. My faucet has been replaced 3 times and it’s still leaking and they have pretty much said screw you. It’s not worth the trouble or the headaches here. Please read the other reviews carefully. Because as soon as you sign for your house they ask you review them that way you don’t write a bad review. But i am fed up with these people. They don’t communicate with you they just expect you to read their minds. After 2 years of purchasing home I still have not had work finished in my property.

During the past month, we have been navigating the process of purchasing a home from Heritage Housing. The sale is being handled by Robert Henderson. He has been very informative, very patient, very kind, very responsive and very helpful. He has kept the process on track so we are able to get all our information turned in. I highly recommend Robert and Heritage Housing. Satisfied Customer!

We had our initial contact, and following appointment, with a gentleman named Wayne Hill. He was very knowledgeable without doing the "hard sell," he was very patient with all of our questions, and we knew what our next step was in our particular circumstances. We went so far as to ask him for a couple of extra business cards, so we could refer people to him....and we didn't even know about the discount until afterwards.

Best facility in Georgia to purchase a new mobile home. Worked with Wayne Hill and he’s simply the best sales agent we’ve ever been in contact with. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helps guide you every step of the way. I will give Wayne and this business 5 Stars without a second thought! *****

Mr. Wayne Hill was very informative on the homes and he did not beat around the bush on details that we had on the home. You can tell he knew his way around and full of GREAT knowledge for new home owners and YOUNG buyers. If you are looking go to Heritage and speak with Mr. Wayne 💜

We found this place online. Nice website. Made an appointment but had to reschedule twice. Robert Henderson was very accommodating to us and made sure we were able to look around as we needed. He was very helpful explaining setup, financing etc. We will be back for a second look.

I stopped in to check out this place. I drive by it all the time but haven't had a chance to swing by. I had the pleasure of working with Bishop who showed me around and got me familiar with the Legacy home brand as I've never come across them before. Really nice guy, ask for him when you come by. They had some nice units. There are two I can definitely say my wife and I will be considering. Come check them out in person.

My wife and I have been looking for our next home, and we have been considering a double wide. We have been looking at different models to make our choice. We came here to see what they offered and before we could see their homes we had to sit with a sales person who asked a lot of financial questions. Then we saw the homes. These homes are very low end and poor construction quality. In some of the kitchens there were gaps where the counters didn't meet well, and most of the cabinets don't have drawers. I would not recommend this place. It was an uncomfortable visit only to view mediocre homes.

I cannot be happier with the services from this company. Every one is so great. They treated me like family. My sales person, Uriel R. Romero was AMAZING. Definitely recommend him. The homes are great quality and for a very good for the price.

Mr. Wayne Hill brought hope and positivity to a situation we were feeling very stuck and hopeless in. His optimistic attitude, enthusiasm for what he does, and his patience in what I know was a complicated transaction for my in-laws was a blessing! If anyone is interested in a mobile home, I encourage you to visit this builder at this location and speak to Wayne Hill. The home options are extensive, the build time is probably the shortest of any other builder, the staff is great (and patient), and you will walk away happy home homeowners! My friend bought a mobile home from this place. The people that installed their place came out and didn’t finish the work that was supposed to be done on the inside. The people they sent out to install the A.C did a half but job as well! It wasn’t cooling. They tried to call them to come back out to fix it and they would not return the calls. I had a friend to look at it. Heritage house people did not put Freon in it. Such an easy fix. They suffered from the heat for so long because these people did not do their job!!!!! I would definitely not recommend this company at all! I will be letting the better business bureau know about this too!

My husband and I were looking for Information on manufactured homes and decided to drive up to this location . We did not have an appointment we just walked in . From the door we were greeted by saleman Wayne Hill . Wayne said he would be able to assist us before his next appointment. Wayne went above and beyond to show us 3-4 of the homes , explained each place in full detail and basically how the entire process works. Wayne didnt try to force a sale on us or rush the process because we weren't looking to buy right then and there. Overall we had a great experience and once we are ready to purchase this place will be at the top of our list. If your ready to buy now go see Wayne Hill at this location he's been in the business for over 20 years !! He's very knowledgeable and patient. You won't be disappointed.

Uriel Romero has gone above and beyond to help me get a new home for my family and has had the best salesmanship and very knowable about properties and sales I really appreciate them for helping me accomplish a real dream and making my visit pleasant and exciting. We had an awesome experience went in last Saturday 10/23/21 and didn’t have an appointment but Wayne took us right in and made some time to talk with us and show us some houses and to see what we were looking for. He even is going above and beyond to help get every single detail exactly as we need to be. Looking forward to finishing the process with him and the staff at Heritage Housing of Athens. They have been a great help and awesome to deal with and so friendly.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin! We were in and out in 5 minutes. We weren’t aware we needed an appointment, but we’re greeted by a 1977 used Cadillac salesman, sins the cowboy hat. He just “happened to have some time” and immediately corrales us into an office mid building. After reading other reviews, I now know why! We have pre-arranged financing and we’re told quickly that wasn’t “traditional lending” and they did not accept Ameris Bank lending. I was already irritated and instructed Tex that there was no point wasting time, his, and especially mine. We didn’t even look at a single home, however thankful, checking the website and seeing the poor quality and other reviews! I am very thankful we found out sooner than later! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

Wayne Hill was awesome. He took time out of his morning to educate my family about the various Heritage Home options as well as the safety of modular homes.

I called and made an appointment with Robert Henderson. Upon our arrival we were met by Robert. He made us feel VERY Welcomed!! Robert took us on a tour of ALL the homes on the lot. We fell in Love with the 3264-32AP model. We LOVE the front porch and the kitchen. Robert answered ALL of our questions with such expertise. We sat down and went over ALL of our options. We met with Barry Mercer and he explained the financing process. Barry was concise and straightforward. We have ordered our forever home and can’t wait to have it delivered and set up. If you are looking for a New Home, I would HIGHLY Recommend Heritage Housing of Athens!!!! They are the BEST!!

After touring numerous mobile home dealerships for months, Heritage is where I'm choosing to do business. Sales Rep Robert Henderson knows his stuff and so very pleasant to go on tours with. I'm looking forward to beginning the process of getting my forever home!

Worst dealers around. Tried contacting them multiple times for issues after set up and haha good luck. Make sure to inspect every inch of your “house”. Also they hire the worst contractors. Our foundation had to be redone 3 times and our porch’s are garbage. Hire your own you’re better off. 2 months in and had to repair the ac unit now it’s getting cold and haha the heat doesn’t work. WOW! I’ve spoke with Barry and Wayne Hill who was the “seller” such BS.

My husband and I are looking for our next home so we decided to visit Heritage Homes At the other places we have visited we were able to view their homes and then speak to a representative with any questions we had. Before we could visit the homes but we had to sit with the salesman and give very personal information to him. After viewing the home, we decided that the quality was not what we were looking for and we just wanted to leave. However, the salesman corrales into his office and was asking us again how he could make this deal happen. We made it clear that we were not interested and as we were leaving he had the audacity to say if you would give their business a five-star Google review he would take $500 off a home.

Absolutely awful. They tell you if you leave a good review they will give you money off your new home. But this is after the initial visit which was pleasant. The second visit was a joke. Prices are outrageous. Definitely NOT worth having a salesman turn their nose up at me like they are superior to me.

Robert Henderson was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered questions and allowed us time to look. He was also very polite. The homes were made very well. The other staff was also very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend that anyone looking to buy a home go and check them out!

I worked at Heritage Housing of Athens before making an unexpected family move to Oregon - The staff and team are absolutely wonderful - We continuously went through trainings and seminars to help better our knowledge to serve our customers and community. During Covid - the company is trying to keep their staff and their customers as safe as possible by conducting things through appointments. If you want a great quality house, at a great price - definitely give them a call and set up an appointment! If nothing else, you will leave with more information then when you came in and hopefully a smile on your face! Thanks again to the team - I’ll miss you all!
