I want to start by saying I absolutely adore Amber that works for Heritage Housing! From the first email contact I had with her, she helped me and was very friendly the entire time. I will say to make sure to ask as many questions as you can and stay in the loop for everything. There were some points where I felt lost and found out things last minute, which was frustrating, but overall I had a good experience. Amber worked with me, as I was in the process of relocating and purchasing this home at the same time so that meant alot! I recommend shopping around for best pricing for you, but if you do go with Heritage Housing ask for Amber!!!

Let me start by saying the ladies that works here are sweet. Kelly was very helpful and try her best to get you approved and in a new home!!! The only issue I had was with the company I think they partner up with, that’s suppose to do the repairs. I have been waiting for months sent email, calls and have sent them pic. They send out 2 lazy individuals who doesn’t speak English and half did part of the job. I’m still waiting, would’ve given them 5 stars if my repairs was done in a timely manner. ⏳

Brian helped me find the perfect house for our business needs. Would highly recommend. Made process easy and I will be back.

This place is full of bullshit. I closed on my mobile home on May 30 2019 and til this day the work inside my home is not complete and I can never get a straightforward answer to why it’s taking so long to complete the work on the inside. The work that was done is a mess and this is a new home. I’m coming to my 3rd payment and I still don’t have tile on my floor where the home was connected. I had a water leak under the home where they didn’t connect everything to the water heater and they still haven’t came back to put the insulation back under the house and tape the black plastic back. I don’t have air coming from the vents in one of the bedrooms. Every time I call I always get the same excuses. I was promised a 65” tv and never received it. I regret purchasing this home from them.

Darian Grant, is a very professional and friendly sales lady! I could tell I was very valued to her as a customer and that she also values her job! So if you are in the market for a new home, please go see her! I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed in the friendly and professional service you will receive from her and also from Heritage House of Albany over all! Oh and did I mention she is also a very attractive sales lady!

I did my application online over the weekend. The next business day they called to see when I could come in. I didn’t expect things to progress that quickly. I was approved within minutes. Thanks Heritage Housing for the fast approval. Our questions were answered & I was satisfied.

Advertisement stated " We GUARANTEE an approval" however that is not the case! We drove 40 miles to apply and pick out the home we wanted because the representative Alicia said we would be approved. Surprise surprise...we were denied. We have sufficient income as well as down payment but poor credit. We were very upfront about our credit and was told it was ok. This place is a complete waste of time.
