Never answers the phone and when I put on weekly auto debits from my debit card. I still have to call because they don't take it out. Hire more people for Chris sake. I'm sure we have all more important things to do than call Helm 20 times a day until someone answers.

I've had a loan through Helm Associate since 2018 after I purchased an SUV at B&B Automotive when I was desperate for a car and not thinking clearly. It was an overpriced lemon that I brought back in less than 15 hours with a failing transmission among other things but that's a whole other review... The only good experience I've had since I made this purchase was having Isaac Folly as my account manager. I've had maybe 2-3 times in the last three years that something unexpected came up and I knew I was going to miss my payment. Isaac has always been willing to work with me to reschedule for the following week without any hesitation or problems. Unfortunately this last time I had a problem I got stuck with Lisa since Isaac was out of the office and didn't get my email. The day after I missed my payment she called while I was at work, left a voice mail and immediately disabled my engine. I called to explain my problem but got a very blunt NO. My only option was to beg my parents to wire me money since my bank account was negative or walk home. I'd give 5 stars for Isaac if I could but Lisa deserves none. Someone needs to give this woman a hug and some lessons on compassion and better customer service. I was almost considering trading in for a newer car with B&B but Lisa's attitude reminded me of why I need to get away from both B&B and Helm and never come back.

I’m not one to write reviews but I had to share my experience with Helm. I’ve had a loan with them for over 2 years and Jessica is my account manager. She has truly been a pleasure to work with. Jessica has helped me on multiple occasions and she makes things easier for me. She’s really understanding. I’ve already referred my sister and wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone else. Keep up the good work!

I have never had a bad experience with Helm Associates. My accounts manager Isac has always been kind and courteous. He has always been very professional whenever I had an issue. If you communicate with them that will go above and beyond to serve you as a customer. Great company hands down.

I must say that I’m very much pleased with Helm Associate. That has a lot to do with my account manager Isaac. From the very beginning he’s been nothing less than amazing. 2017 became a very hard year financially but he assured me every step of the way that he would help me, and he did just that, and more! He communicates very well, and always has my best interest at heart. I wish all account managers can be like him, with integrity and love for what they do. Thank you Isaac for always displaying the highest level of professionalism. I’m glad I went through getting my car with this company. Best decision I’ve made. Thanks again Isaac, you’ve made this process a lot less stressful knowing I had you in my corner.

Really great customer service! I spoke with Jess the other day because there was a problem with my paycheck. She was kind and understanding about my situation and gave me plenty of time to make my payment without any penalties. They've always been courteous and very friendly anytime I've ever had to call them or speak to them. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anybody especially if you have less than perfect credit!

Helm has been great to work with. I’ve had a loan with them since March of 2016 and I have had nothing but positive experiences. My account manager, Jessica, has been excellent! She’s always quick to answer her phone and she’s extremely helpful. Jess really makes it easy to work with Helm! I would have no problem financing another vehicle with them.

I purchased my car in May 27, 2014 and just made my last payment on May 12, 2017 I've been so happy with all the attention and the help that I've have gotten from the staff of Helm Associates. Thank You Theresa and Rachel for all you've done to help me, it was a little of a challenge with payments at times but you worked with me and tolerated me. May God bless you both in abundance and I look forward to working with you again in the future.

Theresa was the most helpful person with my first car buying experience. She should get a raise for the patient's and her personality she made this easy for me to recommend yous to other people. Ty b&b for the help on buying my first car and to Theresa for being their when I need it her . She was a joy to work with and never forgot me when things were down .

I’ve Purchase a vehicle from b&b auto , not even a month that I had it yet ! Been having problems with the Vehicle every since I got it ! Payment was due today my first payment! Came outside my car didn’t start ! I guess Lisa whoever that woman is did it !! Someone told me Isaac is the best outta all of them ... I got my car a couple of years ago when my credit was very bruised. Two years later my credit is excellent due to the fact that Helm actually reports payment history to the credit bureau. Isaac was always a great help the couple of times I needed to make payment arrangemenst. There are many "buy here pay here" lots out there but only a few of them will report your payments to the credit bureaus. My vehicle has been very reliable. It only needed service a couple of times and the service was outstanding. -Brent

I highly recommend Helm Associates to anyone looking for a car loan. From day one it has been a pleasant experience. Everyone there treats you with respect. They understand things come up and work with you to resolve any issues. My account manager Theresa is the best!!! Theresa has gone above and beyond for us and she is always friendly and professional. The most important thing is communication. I will definetely use Helm Associates again in the future. Hands down the best loan company around!

My account manager David has been so great to me during this period. He is short and straight to the point but he is always understanding and helpful and does his job. Life happens and i felt he underatood that. I just want to tell him Thank you and he is very appreciated. Great customer service! I would definitely use this company again.

Helms' customer service is excellent but I still found it difficult to rate Helm Associates higher than 2 stars. Although I was able to finance my vehicle it was 12 years old when I bought it and I paid triple the value of the vehicle. Now that I'm almost at the end of my lease the transmission is going along with other problems that's on me because the warranty was up after 150,000 miles. I also really don't see a increase in my credit score. All in all it was difficult with such a high payment but I was in a jam and desperately needed a car. For people with bad credit I would advise them to only use Helm as a last resort.

I can’t thank my Helm Associates rep enough for helping me through my loan. It was my first car loan and my rep was easy to work with and because of that my credit went up a lot. She explained to me how important on time payments were and how credit works. I lost my job and she helped keep my car and set up different payments.

My experience with my account manager Jessica at Helm has been stellar. One of THEE best customer service experiences I have ever had, especially as this is my first time financing a vehicle. She is professional, personable, and a pleasure to communicate with. She answered all my questions and offered me a viable solution that was flexible. My account manager ,Lisa has been nothing but amazing . She will always answer my questions and give me the best info possible. I recently had a family emergency which put me in a financial situation, i was able to talk with Lisa and she was very understanding and helpful . When Lisa is not around i have spoken to Jessica and Isaac . All have been so helpful . I got a loan from Helm due to my credit being bad. However this is actually helping me bring my credit score up . I am very thankful to have such a great account manager along with the rest of the team

All my adult life I've had excellent credit and never had any problems purchasing a vehicle. Due to some unfortunate life events my credit score went down and I no longer could go wherever I wanted to buy a car. Then a friend told me about Helm Associates. While I was skeptical at first I was pleasantly surprised how professional they were. Especially my account manager Jessica. She is friendly and understanding of my situation . With complete confidence I recommend Helm Associates to anyone looking for a good car. And if you go there ask for Jess as your account manager. She is amazing. And pretty too!

This us my third car with helm associates. Great company. Isaac is the greatest associate by far. He's always respectful, helpful and very understanding. I've only had to arrange my payments a few times and he never gave me a hard time. I highly recommend using this company for purchasing a new car. Isaac is A+++++

My account manager Theresa has been an angel and a saint with helping me manage my payments threw a rough patch that i had in my life. She wad patient understanding and insightful!! I believe because of her kindness and her approach with everything i was able to get back on track with my payments!

This is a buy here pay here I didn’t have knowledge of that when getting the car they just tell you they have a bank that will finace you. They are vultures , I sent my friend to get a car and she got a repo in lest then 30 days. And they keep all her personal items in her vehicle. Don’t know got her go to CarMax they are the best ones to lend you a car if you have credit issues. Please listen I went through 9 cars in my life time this by far was the worse experience I could send someone #Carmax I’d the way to rebuild your credit so not let helms associates play you for a bank they are in house lender they do not care for you they will take your car as if you rented it.and the customer service is beyond immature.

I've been reading some customers comments, and unfortunately I don't have the same kind words. Maybe if I had Isaac as my account manager I would. However, I called in today and was treated rudely by some woman (wish I knew her name). It took everything in me not to cuss her the f out, because she actually had the nerve to threaten me by saying she could shut off my car. I called to speak to my account manager, but was instead transferred to this woman because my account manager was out for the day. As I said, very rude. I have an impeccable payment history, and was just calling in because I'm away visiting family for the holidays and wanted to make a payment arrangement, so to be treated like that really makes my blood boil. She doesn't have good customer service skills and needs to go back to training on how to treat a customer. Because she had the power to "shut off my car" she used that to threaten me. Such a low class piece of trash. I hope the owner reads my comment and gets back with me, because I am truly upset, and I deserve an apology.

I really want to say that I really appreciate my account manager Mr. Issac Folly because he always go above and beyond to assist me . I would definitely recommend anyone whom is trying to purchase a vehicle and want to build their credit to go with Helms Associate.

Great place to go when you don't have good credit to get you into a reliable vehicle. Our sales lady Jenny was very informative on the vehicles we were looking at and what would fit our budget and lifestyle best. Our loan officer Isaac has been very helpful when we've had change of employment and pay periods. Would recommend to anyone who needs a reliable vehicle!

Received a loan through this place for a vehicle. I paid every single payment on time not a day late. I went to buy a new vehicle from a different dealership. The dealership sends the payoff check from the loan that I had the with helm and associates. The same day they received the payoff check they withdraw funds from my account which puts me at over paid. I call and they are aware of this. I was told I will receive a check within 7 days. Never received anything. Day 12 I call to figure out what's going on here and the ignorant lady that I spoke to basically told me that the check has been sitting on the bosses desk and it's never been mailed out I mentioned that I was told I would have a check within 7 days she basically told me I'll get my money when I get it. I asked for my account manager she tells me she's not there and refuses to give me her name and extension number.

Financed a car , and it got repoed a a few days after payment was late , been calling to make a payments hasn’t been a full two weeks even and they are denying me payment , and they left us stranded in another state we have no way home , and we had the care for a month now it’s been I. The shop since the first week we had it . They say we have to wait for a manger but clearly Lori never gets back to anyone. They violated the deal and basically robbed me of my money so I have all my documents and I have account manager being very petty on video and hanging up on my Wife , I’m so upset I referred her there this will never happen again
