Had the best exp ever! Drove off with the SUV I wanted Nissan Rouge 2018 Midnight Black. From first exp with Tina (on the phone) to Leighton Harrell (Salesman) it was a great experience! They work with you and explain everything in detail! Very Satisfied Customer!

Gave me a car with no ac . Got the car in October found out it had no air in may took it to get fixed worked for a week then stop. Now I can’t get my car looked at its 90 plus outside. Their sales lady hung up on me when I called to talk to the manager. Never buying a car from here again! At least give me a rental until it’s fixed.

I haven't personally dealt with them, but my husband got really excited the commercials advertised on TV about them saying, no problem we'll come tow the car ourselves, can't get the car to them we'll pull it in. Come to find out they don't tow or cone pick it up for trade in, which means they need to update the commercials on TV, other than that I love what my husband told me so far

I waited 1+ year to make this review... & Let me start by saying this company isn't for everyone! If your jammed up with your credit then I highly recommend them! The whole process of intentionally getting the car was smooth and easy, and the salesman was amazing. After working with these guys & gals for over a year now I can honestly say the are very GOOD (NOT PERFECT) at their jobs! For one, the vehicle it's self is a great car (2006 Pontiac Grand Prix 3.8L V6). I experienced my first real issue with the car about a week ago, and I called up AVP warranty company (The company you get your warranty from). They where very quick about getting me in contact with a shop, who towed my car over and fixed all the issues I had (Control Ignition Module) with no problem at all! I could go on and on.... But like I said they are a GOOD company to work with if the shoe fits!

My first vehicle I purchased was a 2003 Chevy Impala. I was told after 2 yrs of payment on time I could upgrade. I upgraded today to a 2012 Chevy Impala and love it! I can actually trade that in after 1 yr! I would recommend B&B highly! My credit score even went up 35 points! I also met the owner of B&B and he was happy for me too! Get your next vehicle here!!!

I am a extremely satisfied customer. This was my first visit to this dealership as i was referred by a friend. When everyone else told me no, ran my credit and required a co-signer, I received an immediate warm welcome by Tina who bared with my unique circumstances from the very 1st phone call. Tina instructed me on exactly what to do before i came into the office or even ran my credit. Once i got their, their was nothing but, smiles, warm welcomes and satisfied customers being congratulated for their purchases, this gave me more confidence that my circumstances would prayerfully surpass. It is very difficult to make good decisions during a financial crisis. My situation like many others is too common but it is important to know several things: 1. You are not alone in your situation even though you feel alone. 2. You need to seek solid advice and help. 3. You need to remain calm and patient. All I can say is Hooray for Hosea ! That salesman has always been Friendly, personable and understanding. I was in a situation where I desperately needed a vehicle for work and Hosea said come on in. So I came to B and B automotive looking for a new car in and out of there 5 different times because I didn't want to settle on just anything. He called whenever he felt he found a car that fit my budget, needs, and most importantly what I wanted☺. AMAZING!!! I went here completely hopeless and expected the worst because I’ve been at search for a car for a while now and I was used to hearing the word no because I had so little credit history/ low score. I ended up walking out of there with a beautiful 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Jenny was the best at making me feel so comfortable in buying my first car and made the process painless and super easy. I had a great experience at B&B automotive. When I called to verify their money down, I thought I was going to get pressured into putting more money down like I had experienced at other buy here pay here dealerships. However it was the complete opposite. Jose was excellent and he was patient and worked with me to get the car I want for the down payment I wanted. The environment was perfect for the kids they had a movie theater and popcorn machine. Bad car place; if payment is one day late they cut the car off even if all other payments are made on-time and you have a good payment history . Customer service sucks and forever to get a respond. I would not refer anyone here.

I went in, sign a paper, told them what I can afford for my down payment and they added me to a credit program that helps improve ur credit and walk out with a Chevy Impala. 30min process tops. I was able to spin the will also and won a smart watch. Everything is in the payments.

I bought my car July 12th. This is my third car through your dealership. It wasn't even the car I wanted, it was the associates suggestion, based upon my credit. It's been in the shop three times, I live an hour away. I've missed a week of work, and now they're telling me the part won't be in for another week. My wife has cancer, and has already missed important oncology appointments. No loaner, no trade for another car, but you can bet they still have their hand out for payment. This is what you deal with if you buy from B&B. I've never regretted a decision more.

I’ve had many experiences buying cars and B&B automotive topped them all. I bought the car i wanted for lower than the price I expected to pay and it was in immaculate shape. Mike McGinty sold me my car and went above and beyond to make it a fast and painless process. Before I came here I went to another dealer and they wanted to charge me over $1000 in fees on top of the price of the car and the taxes and transfer. I came to B&B and the price was nowhere near the same and thousands of dollars cheaper if I could give them 6 stars I would the level of class and making you feel at home are second to none. After reading the reviews I decided to give this place a try, my sales person was Fran my credit wasnt the best so this was close to a last resort. After only a week I had a huge tire blowout on the highway come to find out my tires were dry rotted but yet they passed inspection. A week later I realized not only was my transmission bad but I would fill up my tank and less than 2-3 days later the meter would be on E and the mileage reading was always incorrect. I haven't even had my first oil change and major work needs to be done to the piece of junk I am riding in. After calling both the service center and B& B automotive they come up with half a** solutions and they still want you to come out of pocket for something they should be fixing. Almost 90 days later and I am still getting the run around without a concrete solution unless it's coming out of my pocket with bare minimum reimbursement. Unless you have a mechanic with you or know about cars steer clear of this place if your credit is not credible. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this place in the future.

B&B changed my life my credit is very poor and Leighton the salesperson was fantastic I highly recommend this dealership for all types of credit good and bad because now I’m driving a 2020 Corolla something I didn’t think would be possible there the best in the business.

Yeah I came to B&B Automotive after 6 horrible encounters at other dealerships i thought that it would be a lot easier to buy a car. I thought not having credit at all was a good thing that it couldn't be bad well I was wrong no other dealership would even give me the chance without having a credit score. I wound up at B&B broken and ready to give up that's when I met Leighton Harrell. I explained to him a little bit about what happened to me and what I've been through so he turned around and told me that he was sorry to hear that and that he will have me leaving there in a car. I did!!!! I was very excited and pleased. It was my first time everbuying car that I would have to make payments on. I was scared but I felt that I was ready. Leighton was wonderful he made sure I understood everything he made me feel secure and confident in what I was doing was the right choice. I had the car for 8 months I didn't have any problems everything was going great and I was making my payments on time didn't have a problem dealing with anybody Lori at Helms associate was a god-sent she helped me out so much and so many ways I really appreciate her. Then about a week ago I totaled the car that I got. I thought that was it I thought that I was going to get stuck with a loan that I couldn't pay without a car I thought they would not give me another car. I was wrong I will end up having to pay a $500 deductible and that was it or I was back at B&B talking to Leighton and they had me in a new car a week and two days later after the accident. I was approved very quickly and easily Lord help me so much with the paperwork and paying the deductible and finishing my old payments and then there was Leighton to take over to redo a whole new loan. I was very pleased and grateful that B&B Automotive was there to help and throughout this whole experience I don't just come away with a car but I come away with a positive credit score that I've never had before by me getting the car and making my payments I was approved for 4 credit cards. So yes I'm moving up in the world and I know a lot of it to Leighton I will recommend him to anybody if you're looking to buy a car. I purchased a minivan 5 yrs ago! I made payments of $450/month for 3 yrs. Never missed a payment! If you are a responsible person, employed with a paycheck, know how to budget yourself and make your payments on time, no matter what else transpires in your life...you too can buy a vehicle and not get it repossessed! My business as a Full time artist and sign designer required that I never missed a payment! I made sure I had constant work and being self employed means there are No Guarantees that you will always have money...but when your livelihood is on the line...you DO what you must...if that vehicle is the link you need to pay your bills! I will admit...it was not easy coming up with an auto payment, my rent, my phone bill and essentials like food, auto insurance and a few dollars for "fun" but like I said...A responsible person Does what they MUST!!! B&B AUTO SAVED MY LIFE by giving me the opportunity to prove to myself I could do this and help to increase a poor credit rating...in the beginning! I started with a credit rating at 480...Now it is above 630...and headed toward 700! Thanks to B&B!!!

My experience with Jeremy was very much rewarding he was knowledgeable courteous and most of all concerning as to what had taken place with the other vehicle that I only had for 2 days. Even though he had heard the story of what had happened with me he honestly sit back and allow me to share most of what went on with the other vehicle. , he took time and patience even though I was an emotional wreck when I came in to the dealer, he also reassured me that if it was not anything on the lot today that he would do his best to see that if any other vehicles came in he would give me a call because he knew just what I was looking for. Because of my experience with Jeremy I was able to calm down and really look at the vehicles and found one that would fit my needs lower mileage wonderful color and I think it's going to be a great choice! The only request that I do have is that there be more sales people like Jeremy. Itsmarta customer service sales than just selling a vehicle and meeting a quota is genuinely caring about the person's needs and feelings.

I've had so much problems w/ the car theyve given me and they claim every problem I've had w/ it wasn't under their warranty so they couldn't do nothing about it. They don't care! The tire literally flew off with my two daughters and wife in the car and didn't care at all and told me it wasn't under warranty because they see it as an accident. But yet they're so fast to take their payment from my bank account, I don't think that's fair since I'm not even driving their car. So guess what? I'm stopping the payments until they fix this horrible car that they gave me... I bet they'll start caring then.

I wouldn't recommend this place if you not ready to pay 420$ a month on a old car. Also you will still have to pay an $800 to the commonwealth for taxes which I think it should be included in the sales. they have devices in the car to where they will shut the car off if you miss one payment. so if you got bad credit I would recommend drive here instead they the same place just you wont be paying a lot of money as far as taxes to the commonwealth. also they don't have devices on the car. in my opinion on old cars like the ones at b&b should be no more than 300 a month. warranty is crazy you got to pay $175 as a deductible if you want them to fix it which I think you should go to an mechanic instead. if you do go here just please think about it before signing the paper. I took my car back recently because I feel like the interest is too high I had the car for almost a year and I was still paying on the interest and not the actual car. they triple the car value which I hope in the future they make that illegal. but yeah if you not ready to pay that a month or the $800 I would say wait and build you credit and not go to a buy here pay here or go to drive here they like the same they cars are the same and something will always be wrong with the car.

I had been through few used car lots and in the end, B&B was a better deal for me because the other used car lots I had previously visited were trying to lock me in on a 60 or 72 months loan at 21% APR. Yea right! I went to B&B and was offered a package of 36 months. 3 years, that is. It was beautiful. Plus I only had to pay for liability insurance. Being 23, this was a life saver because a full coverage monthly premium would have been more than my car note itself. 4 star because I love my car but my interest rate is still a little high (not 21% though). But hey...I f****d people over which is why my credit is ruined in the first place. B&B took a huge chance on me so... I guess it worked out for me! Thanks Fran!

I was told that the car I wanted was &695 down. Then was told that there was a special going on which would bring my down payment down a bit. I didn't ask for the special, I had &1,100 cash and was prepared to pa y the posted down payment. However after giving them 7 references along with the other paperwork I was told that they actually wanted $1500 as a down payment. Now, I don't have a problem with that amount, but, don't tell me one price to get me in the door then bushwack me with a higher price. It's the old bait and switch routine. So, I still have the $1100, and this week I'll put some more to it. But the next dealership I go to will advertise their true prices up front or I won't waist my time with their games. The moral of this story............ It's better to deal with a dealer who's prices are more realistic, although maybe a liil bit higher then a dealership that advertise low down payments then expect you to fork over more money. If it seems to good to be true it probably is. Be careful out there.

I’ve been waiting for days just for a price on a vehicle. I understand that the covid pandemic is affecting all of us but come on! it doesn’t need to affect your customer service as well. We’ve been in contact but once I asked for the price of the vehicle, you guys just disappeared. Either price them on CarGurus or on your website because your customer service sucks.

My visit to the B&B automotive was fun, I didn't think I would get approved but I did and I was excited, I looked at all the cars and there were a few of them that I liked but couldn't get it becaus of the deposit issue. But finally after such a long night I decided to get this one car which I loved and I was happy with. Jeremy appledorf was very helpful and polite with us his service was great I truly recommend him. I had a great experience at B&B. I walked in sat for a few minutes then my credit specialist Jenny Ponce came over to me and we began going over all of my info. It was easy, no pressure to buy. I test drove two cars and got one that I wanted, and payments are lower than I thought they would be. Kids enjoyed the movies, face painting, free hotdogs, pretzels and snacks. Im currently still in B&B, the facility is beautiful, unlike any BHPH place that I've ever been too. The car I wanted was a little bit priceier than I could afford but Mr Solomon worked with me to get me the car I wanted. I keep coming back because Mr. Galasso is really patient with answering all of my questions and he works hard to find what fits in my budget. I have never had issues with any of my vehicles and drive off the lot confident that if I ever do, B&B will take care of it! The warranty stellar as is the service feature. My credit was not great at the 1st purchase but they made it happen. My credit at the 3rd purchase is much better but I had an insurance complication and they were able to work with it and still put me in a nice SUV within my budget. So, to anyone with credit problems, insurance problems, tight budget contraints, etc-give them a call, you never know what you will qualify for if you don't ask.

My goodness , this place is heaven sent for people like me. Bad credit, looking to repair credit. The way they accommodated me was unmatched. I got a car from them 1 year ago. I bought my car July 12th. This is my third car through your dealership. It wasn't even the car I wanted, it was the associates suggestion, based upon my credit. It's been in the shop three times, I live an hour away. I've missed a week of work, and now they're telling me the part won't be in for another week. My wife has cancer, and has already missed important oncology appointments. No loaner, no trade for another car, but you can bet they still have their hand out for payment. This is what you deal with if you buy from B&B. I've never regretted a decision more.

After reading the reviews I decided to give this place a try, my sales person was Fran my credit wasnt the best so this was close to a last resort. After only a week I had a huge tire blowout on the highway come to find out my tires were dry rotted but yet they passed inspection. A week later I realized not only was my transmission bad but I would fill up my tank and less than 2-3 days later the meter would be on E and the mileage reading was always incorrect. I haven't even had my first oil change and major work needs to be done to the piece of junk I am riding in. After calling both the service center and B& B automotive they come up with half a** solutions and they still want you to come out of pocket for something they should be fixing. Almost 90 days later and I am still getting the run around without a concrete solution unless it's coming out of my pocket with bare minimum reimbursement. Unless you have a mechanic with you or know about cars steer clear of this place if your credit is not credible. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this place in the future.

I had an offer to come to b&b last year(2020) and didnt. Another dealer called at the last sec and offered me a newer car and even paid for my lyft. I ended up with a 29.9% intrest rate. Fast fwd 1yr later i actually make my b&b appointment. The rep had great customer service. Was 100% honest and straight to the point. He didnt just try to sell me a car he went over what my best options are and helpped me decide on the best car and plan for me.

BAD EXPERIENCE NOT EVEN 5 MINUTES OF CONTACT The receptionist was very condescending when I attempted to discuss what I was looking for in a car as far as financing, was placed on hold ran into a salesman who was not even interested in hearing what I have to say, his only interest was letting me know hes been in the business 25 years, before I could explain what I have the salesman insisted on treating me like I was I was not worth his time, perhaps this is a sign that I should not be doing business with this company seeing how they are selling 2008 or earlier models with almost 200k miles on them for over 10k. B&B Automotive has quite a few really nice cars to choose from. And all of the staff members I met were very nice, friendly and very helpful and let you tell them what you were looking for and what you wanted, unlike some places that can be very pushy, too much to where they push you away. All of the cars are very clean inside and out. And it was quite easy to buy a car from them. I think I was in and out in maybe 45 minutes if that. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know looking to buy a car and if I decide to buy another one, I will definitely go back there. this was my first car buying experience and I was blown away with how easy and quick the process was. The moment my mom and I walked in we were greeted right away. All the sales reps were busy so an employee who typically does the financial side of things offered to help us until someone was free. He showed us around and gave us his honest opinion on cars. Once a sales rep was available he came and let me test drive a car and gave me great advice and compared cars for me. After I picked a car the process after that took about an hour. This company is so unethical! Totally stole money out of my account. Instead of one payment they took two. Now will not answer my call. Don’t trust them people freaking scumb bags. Especially in these times I used my card to make payment for someone and they were aware of that. Freaking thief’s.will be seeking action against them. And will blast all over social media. When everyone else told me no, ran my credit and required a co-signer, I received an immediate warm welcome by Tina who bared with my unique circumstances from the very 1st phone call. Tina instructed me on exactly what to do before i came into the office or even ran my credit. Once i got their, their was nothing but, smiles, warm welcomes and satisfied customers being congratulated for their purchases, this gave me more confidence that my circumstances would prayerfully surpass. My experience at B&B Auto was more than pleasant. My salesman Julian was more than helpful, he went the extra mile with helping me walk off the lot with an affordable car to my liking. Julian also helped me find affordable insurance, and helped me find the perfect payment plan. I would definitely recommend people to come purchase a car from this lot. Unlike other car lots, you get the sense that they care and aren't just trying to make a sale to you.

Please stay away from this place!!!They should be considered predatory lenders! Currently trying to find a way to take legal action against them. They trick you into purchasing an old vehicle that's not worth the price you are paying. I've had problems with my vehicle the first week I drove it off the lot and have had problems every since. I got locked into a very high interest rate causing me to pay $225 biweekly. I got paid 3 times this month resulting in a $675 payment for the month of December. They have a device that will disable your vehicle if your payment is a day late. I was told this would only happen after weeks of no communication with the account manager. Well that has not been the case because I'm in contact with the account manager biweekly. This place is truly evil!! They prey on hardworking people desperate for a vehicle. You are better off at a dealership

I really had a great experience both times I visited. The first time I accompanied my sister while she purchased her car and I couldn't help but be amazed by the environment and the energy from the staff. Customer service is great and they really work hard to put you in a vehicle. Today was my second time there but this time for myself. My representative as well as my sister's is Jeremy Appledorf, he is amazing and works miracles. After my recent repossession and with my horrific credit I didn't think I would get into another car any time soon but he made it happen. AMAZING!!! I went here completely hopeless and expected the worst because I’ve been at search for a car for a while now and I was used to hearing the word no because I had so little credit history/ low score. Everyone was very nice and really went out of their way to do everything they could to not only get me into a car, which was difficult bc I have bad credit, but get me a car I liked with a payment I could afford. They also have an impressive warrenty and report payments so you can reestablish your credit. They also worked with me to get me there since I was coming from Philadelphia with no car, they sent very detailed directions on which train to take, and sent a driver to pick me up from the train station. Very happy I took the time to visit.

I purchased my vehicle in 2014 and I am very pleased with it. The process of buying a car is always so long and drawn out but that wasn't the case. My salesman Jose was extremely helpful. Fast forward 2 years..my vehicle ran into an unexpected issue and needed to be replaced. My vehicle was still under warranty (30 month warranty) and it took about 10 days but I not only got a replacement vehicle but it was the same make and model as before. Jose was there once again to assist me and he helped make the transition quick and painless. Very satisfied!

My husband purchased a vehicle from this dealership and not even 1 month after having the vehicle it had to be towed back to the dealership and it was not able to be fixed, so they put him in another vehicle and not even two days later he started having issues with the second car, it was towed back to the dealership and supposedly fixed, he started having the same issues 1 day after they towed it back to us. We have been calling the dealership and warranty company multiple times to speak with a manager who is never in the building when we call. No one ever calls us back. This place is selling people faulty cars and they don't like to pick up the phone. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I have purchased two vehicles from B & B. Both were in excellent mechanical condition and ran very well. Since I have less than stellar credit I was turned down elsewhere. I wound up paying a little more for the vehicles at B & B, but the choice was no vehicle or B & B. In my thinking I paid a little more because I was a greater risk to give a loan to. I have never had a problem with the staff there or at Helm Associates. They have always been courteous and professional. I say this being a manager in customer service for over 18 years. I am thankful they gave me loans when no one else would and the vehicles were great quality.

Let me start with how friendly and polite everyone is here. My fiancé and I worked with Tim and met Alexa. Tim was something like a miracle worker, honestly. He worked with our complications and was polite and patient the entire time. Alexa was so refreshing and sweet to talk to! We highly recommend this place!

Great people here Jose was a great person. But it’s no way I had to pay $700 for macanhic work 3 months after I got my car and at that time I was locked in to my car loan, my car was rigged together to sell. If you guys did decent business I would recommend but you guys are the worst when it come to quality business. ( these are kind words what I really wanted to say I can’t)

They used the old fashion bait and switch method to get me in. My saleswoman had a really crappy attitude and consistently showed me vehicles not in my "tier" . she was honestly quite frustrating nor do i understand how she is a salesperson. Although they where friendly they over price for every vehicle. Went to purchase a vehicle they try to put you in with what they want you. They advertise be lies. When questioned about a certain vehicle he stated you will need more money down for a car that was advertised for $695 down and with 123,000 miles and a 2010. I will never go their again. Was not satisfied

Got pre approved over the phone! Set up an appointment for the same day! Went in and only spent the amount I was approved of! Process was smooth and pretty fast!!!! Went in and thought I would be there for forever!! But Fran got me in! Did all of my paperwork showed me some options that fit my budget and I was able to drive off within 3 hours with a very decent vehicle with warranty! Feels brand new!!!
