Carolyn was great and she had to work hard to get my loan refinanced due to different state laws. It took longer than it usually would and she was patient and saw it through.

Turned to this place to help with some quick musical expenses and had the worst experience. It started with a phone call, the lady’s tone (Carolyn) on the call sounded as if she didn’t even want me or anyone else to even apply for a loan. You would think you’d want your place of employment to stay in business, but she sounded like she was trying to talk me out of it. Because I was close to the office, I decided to come in. Despite her (Carolyn) looking me up and down and scoffing when I walked in the door, I continued in with a smile. No one greeted me warmly whatsoever. I had to ask my own questions and pry for more information on the process. Again, she acted as if she dIdn’t want anyone to apply. Once applied, she told me that it would take a whole 24 hours to run a single application outside of the office and that they’d give me a call the next day. They did not give me a call the next day, I had to actually call them. Only for them to deny the loan even though my credit score was great (upper 600s) and income much more than most. They didn’t even have the courtesy to follow up and actually call me and gave me ZERO information on why my app was denied. Nothing. Don’t deal with this business. They’re extremely unprofessional and seem to be miserable in their own office and workplace.

Carolyn Sullivan is who I met & she is one of a kind. She welcomes you in, shes professional & she relieves the stress and tense situation in with humor. She's great and her nails are top of the line.
