Don't trust these people. I had a hard time and pawned a guitar. Called them when it was due explained what happened as to why I wasn't able to pi k my guitar up. Kept in contact was told everything is fine we get it things happen. Last week called in just to make sure we're still good even tho my pawn was past due. Still they understood. I was told I had until February 7th. My email confirmed that date. I called in to make a payment on the last day i had (which was feb 7th) and the manager pulled my guitar and sold it when I still had the day to pay it. Informed me that it meant I should have called first thing that morning because that's what having until that day meant. The employee i was dealing with didn't put it in the notes that I called. Jason didn't care that he pulled my belonging when I still had the day left to pay and made up his own rules to cover himself. He told me that he'd call the person he sold it to and would call me back. Never received that call. Was told they tried calling me and left voice-mails also never got those. I'll never shop or get a loan from this place again. The attitude was pretty much oh well your fault now leave us alone. To hell with this place and the made up on the spot policies that screw people over.

Had a wonderful experience at music city pawn. Bought a beautiful piece of jewelry at a very reasonable price. Ruby and others were very helpful..Highly recommend music city pawn.

I have sold items to both Music City Pawn Stores In Franklin, TN. I have always been treated very fair and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I recommend both stores although most of my deals were with the Murfreesboro Rd. location. Note: The Goodwill Store is next to the Pawn Store, so its easy to drop off other items in one trip. The Goodwill Store will give you a coupon for a 10 dollar Haircut at Great Clips.

Good for purchasing or short term loans for a pinch. Not good for selling something you are aware of its worth/value. They will short change you to make more. All pawnshops will. But, just know the worth of your item you are selling and dont let them short change you. They need to make money, yes, so dont be unreasonable. Just dont let them be unreasonable either. Know when to walk.

Wouldn't recommend trying to sell gold here I understand that they have to make money but they won't even offer you half of gold price, if you don't mind selling gold at 25% of its value I wouldn't go here.

can't do the math. Said their offer is 80% of retail on silver, in actuality it was 50%. not willing to negotiate on a completely low ball offer.

Alex & Billy helped me out today! They were knowledgeable, didnt pressure me to buy anything (I ended up buying), genuine and all around great to work with. Ill definitely be back! Oh, and that lurch guy (I think they call him "Brian") that wanders around behind the counter is actually a super nice & funny guy! Thank you all so much! :)

Some good stuff here as far as weaponry and instruments go. Tool department is slightly lacking. Not as much as I'd hope there'd be and the prices seem a little high for the tools in most cases. I don't know why, but the pawn shops I've been to in Nebraska have always had a ton of tools while the pawn shops I've been to in Tennessee have been somewhat lacking in the tool department. I don't know, it is what it is. Drop by here and see if there's something you like.
