We've used Brian and his team for almost a decade for multiple mortgages. Their professionalism, friendliness and work ethic are second to none. Anyone who buys a mortgage knows just how stressful and intimidating it can be. Brian and his team go above and beyond to take the stress out and make it a pleasant experience. Even though we're not looking for a mortgage right now, and probably won't be for awhile, we get frequent updates on the local real estate market, our home value and other information that we've found useful. Brian and Heckman Mortgage also do a lot for the community which we really appreciate. They are clearly not just in it to make money, they value the Tampa Bay area and the people who live here and are doing their part to make it better. They delivered!!! Carena, Makayla, Brian, and the team were awesome! They were uber helpful, they followed through; helping me through the mortgage process. I had tried with Big Bank and a mortgage company that went nowhere, and was really discouraged. A family member referred me to Heckman, and I contacted them. The process was less onerous than I had encountered with BigBank and the other mortgage company – smarter handling of document requests. (I hate having to provide the same documents repeatedly!) So Kudos to them! I got my home re-financed with a lower interest rate and the short term I wanted! And the ancillary folks they got to help – appraiser and title company were great also!
