Just received noticed that my loan is officially approved to close with the help Guild Mortgage Lending company. I must say, the process from beginning to end, was beyond smooth. Honestly, the hardest part was finding the home, once I did, Gild Mortgage took care of the rest. I want to thank the whole team but I want to give Carlos and Danielle a special thank you, you guys are both GREAT! I thank you both for all of your help, and guidance through out the entire process.
