As a fellow real estate agent buying an investment property, Heather went above and beyond what I even thought was possible even with all the experience with other lenders I have on the agent side. Heather methodically provides for her clients (and myself!) very well. She knows what matters and to be there when it counts. Heather was personable, directly talked to me and cared about what my needs were, and closing on time especially within the time crunch was reassuring. Heather has been absolutely amazing to work with! She was there every step of the way from getting pre approved to closing on our house and she will continue to help and meet with us yearly(if you choose to do so) for the length of the loan! With the crazy house market, Heather always made sure we were one step ahead so we could get our offers out as fast as possible. Also being first time home buyers, we didn't know anything. Heather is great! she help us finance our first home. we had a IDA saving account to pay for the down payment on our house and she helped us to get the money from NEDCO. if you have a IDA or any other help from a program she is the person to go. she will find the way to cover all the organization requirements so you get to use that money.
