We recently completed a refinance with Heartland Home Mortgage and couldn't be more satisfied. Great experience working with Trevor Fowler. Heard the promotion on the Justin Barclay show so thought we would check out the company when we purchased our new home. We set up appointment for a few days later and actually closed within a thirty days since we did not need a Realtor , HHM set up the title company. Fast , great rate on mortgage and friendly staff. Michael DeKuiper is a True Problem solver and never gives up , he went above and beyond and stuck threw no matter what , everything was smooth, simple , easy , that’s how it should be , even with many problems and low credit they came threw every which way , don’t even waste your time going to your own bank these guys actually care ! These guys should be only ones doing mortgages! I tried Huntington bank my own bank and had 90% of the credentials and they still didn’t make it happen . Jeremy Scherer helped me navigate through buying my first home, and he was great every step of the way. I honestly don't know how I could have done it if I wasn't working with someone as helpful as he was. We ran into countless unforeseen problems trying to get things scheduled for appraisal.
