Tanya, the Sales consultant that assisted me and Jacklyn , the Manager, did a really great job , from making me feel relaxed, during the negotiations and in getting a good rate from the lenders. They also spent extra 30 mins. of their time to make sure that i get the car that night, since i came late (an hour before the closing time)

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership with my dad and Mark and Eduardo made the process smooth and fast. There was no hassle or haggling. We were there for an hour max it didn't feel like. I didn't think it would be that easy and I thought the approval process would be a little nerve-wracking but they helped me and made it simple. 10/10 in terms of service, well informed and honestly any criteria. I asked alot of questions and they did not pressure me with anything at all.

First and foremost I want to thank Mark for stirring up this opportunity for me to come in today to get a vehicle! He’s been a big HELP from start to finish! Mark, the salesperson at this Mitsubishi location, was a great, very honest person from the first day I began test driving cars. Made a final decision to purchase a vehicle. I wouldn't say the purchasing process went well at all, Dealership staff wanted to push a bunch of extras like Warranty on the vehicle I was buying numerous times, almost like begging to buy these extra things I DID NOT NEED OR WANT. First time in the Mitsubishi Hayward showroom couple of weeks ago and fell in love with the look of the Red Outlander Sport. Came back today and drove this puppy home :) Our Sales Rep, Joseph/Joey was super nice and easy to work with. George, the General Sales Manager was super nice as well. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner since he was in the store today :) Our purchase experience today was fast and easy. Both of the gentlemen knew about their products and were very professional. I was happy with my new car and the price that I paid for it. Thank you for everything... My entire sales experience at Hayward Mitsubishi starting with Sales Consultant, Mark Sawiris, was phenomenal from start to finish. Mark was attentive from the second I called the dealership all the way to a satisfactory sales transaction coming all the way from Sacramento. He was courteous, patient, and thorough attending to my needs and fulfilling my requests. One of which was putting the car on a lift to check the bottom thoroughly that was facilitated by Mark and delivered by a team of the dealer's mechanics, Khalil, Amir, and Mina. These guys were courteous and considerate addressing all my mechanical inquiries. By doing so, I was able to check the car thoroughly and be self-assured all is good in terms of any possible hidden issues such as accidents, leaks, and glitches. Finally, the sales transaction was completed successfully and expediently with Mark and his Sales Manager, Eduardo Hernandez, by ensuring the lowest interest rate possible through Patelco Credit Union over a 48 month term. Although I would've liked a little negotiating room, Eduardo was the consummate professional in terms of respect, honesty and integrity. Much appreciation and gratitude to the entire team at Hayward Mitsubishi, starting with Mark.

I visited Mitsubishi Hayward dealership just to see the actual 7 Seater SUV Outlander 2022 after all the researched I did online. The objective for that specific day was just do some Cost analysis and on site evaluation. The Mitsubishi online appointment person supposed to show me was not there and there Mr.Mark kindly enough to show me around. I am a Veteran been to many places and bought, sell houses, cars too many times due to the nature of the job. That specific day no idea that I will driving the brand new Outlander 2022 SEL Special Edition because of Mark,s flexibility, humbleness, professionalism, knowledge and honesty. Kudos too to Fernando for the completion of the objective. My wife was happy with the price, performance and aesthetics of this new 2022 Outlander.

Atention: Pay attention to the services, take note and call beforehand to find out the price, as I often call or go personally to get a price and on the day another consultant will give me a different price. Also get online coupons on their website for some services. I was trying to do my services at the dealership, trying not to be deceived in non-accredited workshops, but because of the floor it's the same thing. and overall the service is well done standard.

I went in the store the beginning of the year shopping for a car for my daughter. We were greeted by Jose and was very patient and knowledgeable. Once I was ready and applied for the Lon on the website for approval.. I went back looking for Jose. I can appreciate someone in sales since I am in the business and he was absolutely wonderful! Took the time out showing my daughter all the features since she will be using this car for college! He is absolutely a gem to have working there!

Terrible service. We had confirmed my appointment to see a car literally a couple hours before hand. So we drove an hour in traffic to go see this car and we were told that they had taken the car to go pick up another employee and wouldn't be back for about a couple hours. Good thing we had that hour because as they were picking up their coworker we ended up finding another care that was exactly what we wanted.

What big dealership like Mitsubishi ask yo u to sign the papers but they won't give you the car till they get paid from the bank. And say its our policy , That's terrible customer service. If anything if I sign you should definitely give me the car cuz it was approved and ask me to bring it back if u didn't get paid for a loan i was approved for

Absolutely the worst ever service, I have ever received. Horrible salespeople who overcharge for cars they've changed prices on me 3 times which should've been a red flag for me, service station that does NOT answer phone calls at all, not to mention any complaint by me to their manager goes on deaf ears.. I have left countless voice mails, and no answer for WEEKS, and the staff are very rude, almost as if my car burning due to mechanical failure is a minor inconvenience for them AT BEST. They always refuse to fix things that ARE IN THE WARRANTY and instead ask me to file a claim with my insurance provider which is kind of weird. And the first time I was trying to have my car serviced, they literally kept my car at the service station for 6 months!! 6.. MONTHS! to fix a slight bump?! my car actually performed WORSE after the repair. And if you value your time, money, and patience absolutely STEER CLEAR, and instead buy a different car brand or something I don't know it's your money, and your funeral if you decide to do business with this particular dealership.

Everything was fine. The only thing I had a problem with is that the front license plate was mounted a little cricket. It just bothers me and I will have to make an adjustment to it, but everything else is fine.

Came to the dealership today with the idea of purchasing a black 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV. I knew it was a bit overpriced so I was texting back and forth with a sales person regarding the price. I was told they were willing to work on the price if I came in to the dealership and test drove the vehicle. After the test drive I brought up the price and was told they have a 0% negotiation policy. The sales man was nice enough to get his used car manager but all the manager did was laugh at my face when I told him i was promised a better deal. Didn’t care that I drove from Hollister to Hayward, over two hours each way. He didn’t even care to see the conversation I had with the salesperson over the phone, you can clearly see I was lied to. Thanks a lot Hayward Mitsubishi

Total class act, loved the experience. Jackie didn't put any pressure on and took her time with us. When it came to the money end George was all over it. Got me the financing I asked for and wrapped it all up in under a half hour. But wait... they were still there to take care of me and make sure I was happy even after the deal was closed!!!
