    The lines are way to long and very slow and I’m disabled and can’t not stand for an hour in line.. Now the doors are locked… I made appointment on line with this branch and it went through gave me a date and time.. I hope your open that day cause what I see is it’s saying closed…

    It would be great if I could give this place -5 stars because they don’t deserve more than that. Today I waited in line for an hour and 15 minutes. When I finally walked into the bank, the security guard told me I had to get out and stay in line with the people with the appointment, but I didn’t have an appointment. I confronted him that I didn’t have an appointment, but he insisted that I have to go out and get in line with the people who have an appointment. I addressed the problem to the banker (responsible person), he did nothing, it seems to me that the security guard is the bankers boss.Many people have complained about the same problem. I think this place should be closed.

    Long lines, overworked tellers, no one who gives two flying pillows about customer service. Every time we have been at this location we get substandard service. The message Bank of America is sending is clear: their customers dont matter.

    There is no option for less than 1 star so giving 1 star. I was there for notary and notary guy had all the excuses for not doing notary. I heard an excuse for any document I presented. I had great experience at other Bofa branches before, this was worst. I would refrain from naming that guy.

    Total disgrace today.... Waisted alot of time. B of A should be ashamed. District and Locsl Mgr need to be replaced or this branch need to be closed. Only 1 teller, 1 person at a desk at 11:05 AM. Hardeep ( Very professional ) roaming to place people on a waiting list. Alex Medina - "Financial Center Assistant Manager" On a conference call. Finally meet her An hour later... She was very professional and polite Went to make a "debit card withdrawal" I was told the teller could not help me. NEEDED approval from a person at a desk ( a banker) and would be at least a half hour wait. This place needs to be shut down or needs NEW MANAGEMENT or Extra Staff. District or regional Mgr need to be replaced. Found out one employee on Maternity leave, one employee on Vacation.... Allshould have been replaced / covered in advance.

    This place is frustrating. More than ten booths and only one or two tellers at all times. It doesn't matter what time and what day you come here there is never more than two tellers and the lines are very long. You can come here if you have at least one hour spare time. I came two months ago and the lady walking in the lobby told me the new system are going to be up next week and she said the same thing to a customer again today two months later. Right now 15 customers, one teller and a hell lot of empty booths. AND IF YOU ASK THE MANAGER, YOU WILL REGRET. SHE IS THE WORST BANK MANAGER I HAVE EVER SEEN. She tells me that you have other options too and you don't have to come in here.

    Came I at 2pm on a Thursday. Needed a wire transfer. Waiting because I'm still here now about 35 min. Two bankers are here but one looks like he is face timing.The other one is busy with someone. And assures me it will be one moment. JUST BE HONEST. And say it will be a little while... This customer service must be the worst ill see in awhile..

    They are Extremely understaffed and could not be bothered to make any changes. I stood in line for over an hr (not an exaggeration) and no one said a word or asked about the purpose of our visit. A man behind me complained but one of the staff blamed it on covid. "Bank of America is trying to hire more staff, but Everyone wants to work from home" This is unacceptable and not a very good excuse. Absolute Rubbish! Unfortunately not all business transaction can be done online. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This experience has been very unpleasant.

    Absolutely worst center! No staff and disrespectful when someone does come around to ask what you are there for. Told appointments are needed and start at 9:00am...this was at 9:36 after sitting with many others not being served. Sadly, this is representative of most any BofA contacts...in center, online, or on phone.

    They have 15 open windows, and just 1 teller, on July 3rd when the line is at its longest I have ever seen. I'd have guessed they would know exactly how much rush to expect on what day and should have prepared well in advance to staff up on this day to allow for a quick turnaround of this large crowd of people waiting to get cash just before the holiday, me included! And now this 1 customer has been at the window for almost 15mins because the teller needs the manager's help and has rung her old fashioned bell twice but no one has come to her rescue yet. It's just plain crazy how slow things are at this bank, with 1 teller who seems like she is in training and a manager who is nowhere to be seen for 15mins after the bell was rung.

    If I could make a zero I would. They have 5 people stopping you when you walk in but only one teller with the line out the door. I waited in line for an hour!!!!!! With only 3 prom on front of me. There has to be a way to go above their heads and close this place down! Different area get different treatment. Never had this happen in Castro Valley.

    Slowest bank ever. Only one teller. Even when you make it to the window it still takes 5 minutes to process your transaction. I've been at Wells Fargo banks with bigger lines and they still move away faster.

    Terrible customer service! Cant even get thru on the phone to make an appointment. Since they decided to take $35.00 from my savings account, Im closing this account. Banked with them for 45 years. Bought my home thru them. Now its paid for, they dont give two hoots anymore. I have over the required amount in my savings and they still charged me to keep my money in their savings. Not anymore! Taking everything to Wells Fargo. I have investments with them and they care about their customers. Get rid of this branch!!!!

    Bank Manger is soo unprofessional franaaz bibi Claims she will not help the one teller she has, Rather walk around the bank and not help anyone else Not even going to help any customers Very rude, very unprofessional. Suggests I'll put this as my review, since she sed, She don't care. What a joke of bank What a joke of a manager who can't even tell when she is needed. Stay away from this bank
