Been with you guys since I was 16, and you guys never gave me a problem until the last year or so, kicking me out of my account constantly and always having something wrong with your app but then can't have anyone answer the phone to help when there is an issue. Switching banks ASAP

This bank is by far the most friendly and know how to make you feel right at home. With our family being military, and mostly having to rely on online or phone banking, Hawthorn Bank was definitely the fresh air we were looking for. Since deciding to stay in this area after retirement, we will definitely be customers for life.
