So I am banking with HawaiiUSA for several years now ( same branch) and I would say they have amazing staff like Molly who take care of customer and she goes extra mile to make customer happy, but over years I ran into two of their staff that they don’t even want to provide ordinary service. But overall I still would bank with them as long as they have people like Molly and couple other people. Just an advice to hiring team please think twice before you hire some of people that don’t even want to do the job.

Terrible service, I only wish Google would let me leave zero stars. They are also racist.

I just have to say that Kelly I at this branch is an absolute Rock Star and Life Saver. She's down to earth, realistic, and funny AF! She'll give it to you straight. She also works super hard to help those who need it. I cannot say enough good things about her. If you're reading this, Kelly, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything that you have done to help me get back on a healthy personal and financial path. <3

Unprofessional staff, and their service has gone downhill, not the shadow of its former self.

Today was the first time ever to have a bad taste left in my mouth, even after being with this branch for years, it was an associate that I never saw before so im assuming shes new and I'll say her customer service left me feeling unconfident in depositing my money, and although the bank teller next to her made me feel a little better, I might want to agree with a few people in their reviews (down below) in how I felt in the end, definitely feels different than how friendly it was before, might want to consider going to the Kahala branch or the one downtown. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

It’s a great bank with awesome benefits but knowledgeable customer service would be a big plus especially during COVID-19. Asked a lot of COVID-19 questions based on their products but it was hard to get a straight answer in the gecko. I understand that a lot is changing in our every day lives. Please and try to customize your protocols to something more convenient for everybody’s situation. Everybody’s living in a new school situation.Could the upper staff possibly try to put yourselves in everyone’s shoes. I always try to because isn’t that The Aloha Spirit? Mahalo to The Ohana. Thank you too for your hard work. 🙇 Your loyal customer 🤙

I would give them no stars! Beware!!! This bank opened a security box under my daughters account and she wasn’t even there! She doesn’t even know what it would be used for! They even stole $150 from her savings! Shame, Shame on them! She is affected by the Shutdown an doesn’t even get paid. Don’t trust them they steal from innocent account holders!!!! No excuse!
