Harpeth Financial Services Inc 2nd Ave S, Nashville

Never received notice from them for any collection. Paid in full 800 loan via auto draft. Now garnishing my livelihood for over 3000 dated 2013! They will not continue to get it. Contact your state rep!!

Initially they called me about a 5 year old, $800 loan that I had with advanced financial. They had took my pay day loan and while I was unemployed increased the amount of the loan to pay them selves without my knowledge. Which created a higher interest rate that increase the loan up to $3000 almost. The 1st phone call I spoke to the manager and she was an understanding woman that was someone I was willing to work with. However the next 2 follow up calls it were with a man name Wes that was disrespectful and unprofessional. I now have no desire to settle any of this with them.

I have no idea who these people are at all. They sent me court papers to collect a "debt" saying I was a guys employer. I don't own a business at all and I am physically unable to work. This is harassment at it's finest ! They don't even investigate who they are sending this garbage to.

Just recieved a letter that they have garnished my paycheck. I didn't recieve any letter about a court date in the first place.

These people are taking money from my check and I have never borrowed money....how do they get away with it, and when i try to reach them, there is no number to reach them at...i had to go put a stop garnishment, at the Knoxville courthouse to get it to stop, now I have to go to court to see why they have taken 25% of my wages for the last 2 months, and i never had a clue as to why or whom I ever owed money to in the 1st place...

Call and never get anybody to work with me. I borrowed money but when they started taking money out of my account several times a month and put me in overdraft the bank closed my account. Got served papers for court which is more than I originally borrowed. Was told by friend who's a lawyer most of it is interest.

My experience with Harpeth Financial has not been a great one so far. I wouldn't really call it an "experience" because I have yet to have one. I have called their office everyday and left messages for a call back but no one is returning my calls.

Harpeth Financial Services filed a civil suit against the wrong company & refused to correct the error. Obviously they do not care about who they falsely accuse.

They just served me with papers and I haven't had a loan with them in 3 years!

Just received a civil warrant from a bill that was paid in full to these people. The warrant was issued 5 days after the check was cashed.
