The absolute best dealer we have been too that is why we buy all of are bikes from there even though we have 3 other dealers closer they have always done us good on every purchase and there customer service is unseen anywhere else’s as soon as you walk threw the doors for sales clothing or service you feel like family the GM Evan is the best same as sales manager BJ to the finance Manager Dale they are all exceptional to what they do keep up the great work there at bowling green of Harley-Davidson lifetime customer Jason

Traveling from Owensboro back to Somerset had our back tire coming apart stopped here in bowling green Harley. They were closing in an hour and a half and we were told they couldn’t help. My husband offered $200 bonus if they could put us a tire on and they said no. Had to call family 2 hours away to come pick us up. And try to find a place to load bike. Had just recently sent brother over here a few weeks ago where he purchased a bike. Will not suggest them to anyone else. And didn’t want to even rate them a one star.

I took the rider class at HD of BG. It’s a great class. I wasn’t going to buy a bike right away. A couple of weeks later, they had a used fat boy. Exactly what I was looking for. Landon and the whole crew made me feel welcomed and answered ever question a new bike owner could have. Great staff from door to door!

Harley-Davidson Bowling Green went above and beyond for me when I purchased my '21 Pan America Special. I saw they had one in stock on their site, went to the dealer, and was test riding within 10mins. The test loop they planned out gave me a bit of everything to feel the bike out and I was hooked. They even stayed late to ensure that we got the deal done. I'll definitely be back for more, they make you feel at home.

Took a wheel and tire in to have it changed out. Didn't expect it to be sitting exactly where i left it 2 days later....they said 3 day guarantee but really didn't expect them use all 3 on a simple tire change...spend lot of money there...pretty disappointed. Lost a bike trip..

So typically I would leave a 5 start review when I feel like service went above and beyond, and it was in fact above and beyond within the sales department where I did was looking for certain items and the lady helped me extremely well. The problem came about in the parts department. I’m new to the motorcycle game and was looking to either rebuild or replace my carburetor (edelbrock quiksilver) and knew it was a long shot trying to find parts. When I spoke with the employee and told him what I needed he was very short with me stating “we only deal with Harley stuff” in which I was pretty aware of. Not only did he shut my question down almost immediately he didn’t even make an attempt to help me with my issue. Thankfully I was able to get in touch with a local motorcycle shop that was very helpful and went through him to get what I needed.

This has to be one of the best and friendliest Harley Davidson Dealers I have been to. Customer service was outstanding....just stopped in on a 1400 mile ride and I felt like it was old home week....I highly recommend this dealer.

I didnt go in with glazed eyes I went in multiple times over a long period and did research I then asked Sales Crew members ..Multiple cause I'm thinking used car dealers right ..gonna sell is what they do .Not just the case .Not saying they won't sell ya there t-shirt but I asked each one on different days cause I kept showing up at different times it wasnt my intentions but I was getting information even parts dept .When I decided to pop on the 2012 road king within less than I'd say 3hrs doing paperwork title tags ect ect .I was cruising home ..Im guessing if you don't see what you like there or a style im sure you can ask they seem to be constantly recieving newer stock from used to new and probably can get in what your wanting..

Most of the employees are great and will help you in anyway they can. However, not all employees. I would have given 5 stars but I have had issues for 4 months getting one part, that has been reordered at least 6 times. Still don't have the correct part. Also the parts manager, Herb, was very unhelpful and even rude while assisting me to resolve an issue with one of their parts vendors. I had to call Drag Specialties myself after getting the part number and purchase number from Harley Davidson. Thankfully, the lady at Drag Specialties was much nicer.

Great dealership! everyone is super friendly and makes you feel at ease. Service department is great! James Law is my go to guy. Great service tech.. Very knowledgeable and always take the time to explain everything he has done to your bike. Hats off to you James!!!!!

This is my second bike I’ve purchased here. I got in an accident with my 2019 road glide on March 1. I was banged up a bit and my bike was totaled. Thomas, Shaun and Caleb in service were exemplary with the bike being towed, coordinating insurance adjusters and assisting with the purchase of my 2022 ST. They also helped me setting up the new bike while still convalescing. I also want to give a shoutout to Blake who did the work. Thanks again for helping me through a difficult time❤️

I stopped in last week to browse, as I always do when I'm in KY. Upon arriving, I saw a Heritage Softail that I was interested in. I had been looking for one, but wasn't planning to buy one that day. After seeing this bike, I decided that it was exactly what I was looking for. I waited for about 30 minutes, but only the girls at the clothing counter were interested in helping. I saw 2 men sitting in the corner who appeared to be salesmen. I approached them, but neither seemed eager to assist me. The younger guy, who I believe is named Landon, finally got on his computer and tried to look up information for me. Since the bike was just brought in, they didn't have it listed in their system yet. I understood that, but still wanted information on it. I asked if we could at least get the year model and try to run down a price. I walked outside and the young man followed. I assumed he was going to help me further, but to my surprise, he did not. Instead, an hour before closing, he walked away and started taking bikes inside the building. At that point, I went back to the clothing area and purchased my sunglasses, then left. The next day, I returned to try and find more information on the bike. This is when I met Steve. Steve was very nice and eager to help me. He told me the bike was not in the system, but he would get the information and call me, as the manager was currently in a meeting. A few hours later, Steve did just that, called me and gave me all the information. When I returned to the store the 3rd time, Steve met with me, took my information, worked on pricing for me, set up the test ride, and I ended up buying the bike. Steve was very polite, very professional and I was happy to work with him. At this point, Evan took over and prepared all the paperwork. Evan was also very nice and professional. While we were waiting on insurance and such to come through, Steve walked me around and introduced me to people in every department. Everyone else was super nice and congratulating me on my purchase. Outside of the first 2 salesman I encountered, this was a great buying experience. This store has great inventory, and great people, so if your in the area and looking to buy, go see Steve and Evan, you won't be disappointed.

I do not like this place. I spent a whole day here just looking around. This place is addicting. The sales reps were great and the place was literally spotless but $18 grand later with an awesome bike, I'm sure I will be back. All I can say, if you have no interest in purchasing a bike, don't come here because you just may leave with one. On the other hand, if your looking for one and wanting a great deal, this is the place to be.

Wanted to look at new sportster s because I was interested in buying. Went in once didnt have it. Called and left number for when they had it. Never called. Went in after work after they got it and sales person asked if I wanted price. I stood there forever. Finally I left name and number again to call me with a price. I leave and the guy is outside sitting on bench. Never got a call back about price. I've always wanted an Indian but thought I would give Harley a try. From my experience with Indian and others experience, I can see why Harley is a dying name.

Tonda was amazing! We specifically waited on her. She was helping us and let us shop and was helping someone else so we waited till she was done. She went above and beyond! You got a gem with her.

The Service Team and Sales Team are great, they made me feel like family, I purchased two bikes from them and am very satisfied. The last bike I purchased I did not buy from them (we could just not make the numbers work) but that is not taking anything away from their Staff. I recommend anyone to this dealership. I gave a 4 because a 5 would indicate perfect and there is no such ting.

I went for their Riding Class and it was Excellent! I'd never rode a bike at all & was riding in 1 day. The staff are super nice and worked with me 1 on 1 to make it easier for me to learn. I'm going back in a month to continue better skills. I highly recommend to any beginner riders!

What an amazing experience we had at this dealership. The entire staff went our of their way to make us feel welcomed. We will continue to make the hour drive to this dealership to make any and all of our Harley purchases. I highly recommend this dealership for any of your Harley needs.

Wonderful experience so far! My wife's learning to ride and we're getting her kitted out and making sure she's trained up. Chris was great today with his instruction on the jumps start bike. Looking forward to the classes next weekend.

Pretty disappointed with the service I received. About a week after purchase I checked the oil and realized it was well below the full line. I was assured this bike received a 5k service so I called the dealership and ask for proof of the complete 5k service. I was told the bike was serviced by an outside shop prior to trade in so they had no proof and obviously just took the guys word because he was a previous employee.

Jake in the service department is the man to see. We were on a long trip and got a rivet in our brand new back tire. Harley was closing in 15 minutes when we pulled in but he and another staff member helped us locate the rivet, allowing my husband to patch it. Jake even let us use their air to pump the tire back up. Outstanding service. Great guys.
