Did not have a great experience with Atlantic Bay mortgage Group. We received very little explanation about what was going on during the process. We frequently received documents with no warning, no explanation and no deadline on when to get them back. When the contract for our house was accepted the closing date was agreed upon and Atlantic bay said it would work. 5 days before closing we received an email saying the closing would not happen until at least a week after our agreed upon date. For a client who is moving across the country this was a huge blow. I would not recommend.

Charlotte and her staff are simply the best. They went above and beyond and made things happen that we didn't think could be done. This was my first time every purchasing a home and the process was so simple, I couldn't believe it!!
