I have banked with this bank for years. Rusty and Nadine have always been a big help amd very kind. However they hired a new girl and ever since then it has made me not want to go there because she is rude, unkind, and never smiles. She is not an asset to your team and usually she's in drive through. Hopefully someone talks to her about that otherwise it will drive people away from this bank.

Excellent staff and always willing to help. I recently opened up a business checking account with them and the process was so easy. They have all of the online tools and apps of the larger banks, with the feel of a local bank. Thank you to Terry Wells and her staff at Hancock Whitney. God forbid you go there at 3:50 to make a deposit and get a change order they act like it’s the end of the world. I guess they don’t realize that most of the working world doesn’t get off at 4 in the afternoon.
