Usually I have great interactions with your tellers but today was the worst customer service I have seen at a bank. I would never open an account at this branch with customer service this bad. I never do ratings.... but this one was just wrong.

Working with John Lang has restored my positive opinion about banking! Professional, personable, and helpful. I appreciate his flexibility and the willingness to do what is best for his clients. It reminds me of what small town banking was like 30 years ago.

Personable. Passionate. Professional. As a brand new business owner, I've got A LOT of questions, and John Lang took the time to explain business loans to me. It may have stung to know that I was not quite eligible for a loan but John also took the time to help improve my financial status to be eligible for a loan, down the road.
