2/28/22 Jesse Blum has helped me again! After one year leasing a 2021 Subaru Outback, I decided that I was not happy the it for a number of reasons. With the used car market "upside down," I decided to investigate the possibility of turning my Subaru in early to lease a different car - a Honda CRV. To my great surprise and delight, Jesse was able to get back almost $5,000 in equity and find me a 2022 CRV Touring to lease, with a monthly payment about $40 lower than what I had been paying for the Subaru. AND best of all, the vehicle had been ordered and was in production. So in less than a month I was able to turn in my Subaru and take delivery on a Honda CRV without paying anything and having a lower monthly lease payment. It was even in my favorite color - red! Throughout the process Jesse was knowledgeable, supportive, patient, and effective in getting me what I wanted with very advantageous financial terms. It was our first time using an auto broker, and it was a great experience! I had to find a car in a hurry since my last car was totalled in an accident. I've used H.M Brown twice now. The first time was a breeze so when I needed a new car, I went back. After leaving the H.M Brown office with my new car, I received a text from the individual who helped me, J Cruz, asking me on a date and talking about my physical appearance. Mind you, this individual has all of my personal and financial information. I intended to ignore the text until he reached back out for me to sign more paperwork. I had already been down to their office twice to sign paperwork and after being spoken to in such a foul manner, I requested someone else bring the paperwork to my office for me to sign. The broker Nikki Wilson then came to my office and made a joke about her colleague harassing me and had a laugh about it. I deeply regret ever working with this agency and will certainly never refer anyone here again. Please do better.

Updated back to 1 star. HM Brown put Ryan R on my account to salvage the situation. I’ve asked him to search for a truck twice now since my review below a year or so ago. Months go by and nothing. I guess I’m not looking for expensive enough vehicles to justify their time? Is $30k beneath HM? Apparently so. Initial 1 star review below.... .I was contacted by the sales manager and he delivered on what he said he would do to fix the situation. I think these guys are great if you're looking for a new or nearly new run of the mill type vehicle, but if you want something a little older and very specific, you may be better off looking elsewhere. I've worked with HM Brown for well over ten years. I've referred friends their way who have purchased vehicles through HM Brown as well. In the last few years, I've been very disappointed with HM. I called an spoke with Scott last Thursday. He said he would look around and call me back. I called again Tuesday morning and left a VM. It is now Tuesday afternoon and I haven't heard anything. You'd think that years of history with a company would earn you some decent customer service...guess not.

I have heard good great things from H. M. Brown & Associates so I decided to check it out. I met with Brandon Jenson who was amazing from start to finish. I was able to get out of my lease and into something else for close to nothing. I highly recommend buying your next car from him. H. M. Brown. It’s not your normal dealership where you talk to a sales person, then finance and the never ending game of waiting. Here it’s one person from start to finish. I will definitely be buying a car here again!
