Went in to get a cashier’s check for a down payment on my new car and the teller Will explained to me that they could help me with financing and possibly get a better rate. My loan officer was Grace and she helped walked me through the process. It was quick and fast and easy for a first time buyer. Definitely recommend going through this bank for any auto loans you may need!

I had the best experience today, January 21, 2022. I call the credit union thirty minutes before closing via phone on a Friday and in less than 20 minutes I had an established checking account. The service was impeccable and the customer service representative was very efficient and professional. Thanks for the awesome service!

Shinia was very helpful with my loan process every time she hit a brick wall she found her way around it for me she also got me approved for more than I asked for!! This Diberville branch needs more employees. The people that work there are great. But it’s only one teller and they are usually work in the drive-through in the front counter. The app is terrible I can never get anyone on the phone to try to rectify my problem in the online banking has not upgrades for me and I can’t get help with anything .
