Don’t bank here if you’re looking for online banking. The entirety of my time here has been a fight to pay my bill online. Multiple emails to customer service, multiple failed password reset attempts. Horrible communication via in writing. Do not recommend.

My experience with 1st Franklin is always so wonderful. The staff at the Diberville branch is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes it me asking questions about my loan. Even tho my account is in Gulfport they don't ever hesitate to help me out! I appreciate everything they've done for me, will definitely recommend to everyone!
