Dealing with this bank has been an absolute nightmare. They caused our closing on a new home to be delayed three times due to incompetence. They backed out of the last one after it was confirmed by all parties 1 hour before signing, while I was having lunch across the street. They've asked for the same information over and over again and have cost us thousands by tying up moving trucks. Stay away from this useless bank. They need to drop the word "Trust" in the their title, as they don't trust anyone and I don't trust them at all.
