Republic Finance Corporate HQ (Not a branch – payments not accepted) Commerce Cir, Baton Rouge

I have worked in finance myself. We had protocol we followed as far as patrons payment due dates. Last month, I was called the day before my payment was due with only a name left, no mention of republic finance as my voicemail ask for "reason why calling" be left. I think I got a call today, the date my payment is due, with a name only left, so I can't be sure the call is Republic or not. My account has always been in good standing for 1.5 years other than 1 month. I have good credit rating. At this point, I can't recommend this company because there is a 10 day late grace period that doesn't seem to be adhered to before passively aggressively calling customers.

I will never do business with Republic Finance again, I would rather take my chances with a loan shark in a dark ally! My online login NEVER WORKS! I try to pay my bill online and I can not login. The local branch (Pearl, MS) is useless other than to call you repeatedly to tell you they have more money for you. THEN, if you decide to take them up the paperwork is insane. For instance, they even want to know how many toasters you own.... SERIOUSLY? Then, I decided not to get the loan they turned it in to the credit bureau as DENIED! It was DENIED BY ME! Then the very next day I get another call and letter (no kidding same day) offering to loan me more money! There is no corporate office to email to fix the login issues or anything - everything says "contact your local branch" . Id rather not! IDIOTS!

I have a loan with republic finance in surfside, sc. I have dealt with them for almost 5 years late 2 to 3 times, as of today my balance is $4. 56+/- and they have been harassing me, being very rude when ask to put it with the following bill. I have referred 8 people to help them boost there credit rating. I will personally payoff my account and ask that everyone I referred to do the same,, because of course it will help there credit score boost. So you bet tomorrow morning republic finance will lose 9 customers and money for paying off early... so to the disrespectful employees at Republic Finance,, I thought that being adults you would have learned to not bite the hand that help feed you...and I hope your employers take a big lose so they can fire the one that really don't do there jobs and research

This is the last place I will ever deal with again. After two years I move and try to get the loan switched to the one closer to where I live and get told I need to get a title switched over and other things. They have the title so how on earth can I get it switched. On top of that I went to their place 3 times and they acted like they just didn't want to deal with me. They made me feel like I wasn't good enough. Thing Is I had delt with one their other stores for two years and never was late but am to a point that I'm going to just let them take the item standing for note if I'm not good enough to deal with then I will walk away.

A great place to work with a leadership team that genuinely cares for each employee. Like any organizations, there are challenges, but they are approached and discussed candidly and openly with employees' well being at its core.

I tried to refinance my loan to get my interest down... Because they said i could....they would not refinance with out me taking out another loan and raising my payments. I have always been early with my payments and a customer for years. Do not borrow money from this company. It is a rip off.

This company is horrible I would never as I long as I live on my dying bed get a loan with them. Or recommend anyone to get a loan with this company. Straight highway robbery then they say ooh we get the interest payment up front this is sad you take advantage of people that maybe in a little financial debt and need help.

All because their employee was new and "didn't know", I'm dealing with an enormous amount of additional stress. I will be filing a formal complaint against this company. I would NOT recommend or refer anyone to do business with them.

If I could give it a no star I would. This is the worst company to ever get a loan with. I can't even get online to make a payment of call and do one over the phone. I have never ran into that with any other Loan companies but this place. I live in a MILITARY TOWN and I will be calling the MILITARY AND LETTING THEM KNOW TO PUT THIS COMPANY ON THERE BLACK LIST and if REPUBLIC FINANCE DOESN"T KNOW WHAT THAT IS. WELL IT"S NOT SOMETHING A BUSINESS WANTS TO BE ON MY NO MEANS. AND THIS COMPANY IS GOING TO BE ON IT.. YOU"RE GOING TO BE SHUT DOWN BY THE WAY YOU CONDUCT BUSINESS. BYE BYE.

I of my acct in full but it is not showing up on my credit bureau. What's up?
