My family & I recently purchased a home in Lacey, WA and we had the great pleasure working with Ron Hanson & his team. Ron is an expert in his craft and we felt whenever a roadblock prevented us from purchasing the home Ron was quickly able to find a solution. For example the appraiser required us to replace the roof which would've delayed our move in date but Ron was able to approve us to purchase the home anyways on schedule and convinced the underwriter to replace the roof after closing. As a Realtor myself, I've worked with over 100 different lenders in the Thurston County area and recommend Ron Hanson above the rest!

Ron and his team (Team Hanson) REALLY took care of us. I have a very confusing income stream because of multiple jobs, military, and compensation from various sources. We made them work harder than normal, we sent them curve balls and presented them a situation they never dealt with in the middle of getting the loan due to our own ignorance of the process. Ron's team never flinched, went above and beyond for us and we closed exactly on time despite me complicating it.
