It’s been such a pleasure to work with Josiah and his team over the last few years. This was our third loan with Josiah and probably not the last! They are awesome. During my time as a Realtor in WA state, Josiah inherited an ongoing deal I had due to my previous LO having to take emergency leave. Anyone who has experience in the RE field knows how important having a solid lender is. Josiah quickly got up to speed in the middle of the transaction and helped us get to close without a hitch. Fast forward a year later, I personally used Josiah to help me with a refinance on my grandparents home.
