I purchased my first home with the help of Monty Maxwell and his team, the experience was great, Monty and his team made sure i understood everything that was happening, and there was no "stupid" question, they answered all of my questions. If you are looking to purchase a home or refinance your existing home, i personally do not think you could find a better team to guide you through the home buying or refinance process than Monty and his team.

Monty and his team are exceptional. I'm a real estate agent in San Francisco. I connected with Monty while I briefly worked in Sacramento. I could tell that he had that go-getter make it happen attitude, so I stayed in touch. When it came time for my mom and grandma to buy a house I called him.
