He sent us a personalized video in an email and it made us feel right at ease. Dan was with us every step of the way. Checking in via text, videos, email regularly. The home buying process was naturally overwhelming but we consistently knew Dan had our best interests in kind. He was upfront with all the information and we fully trusted his guidance. We are so thankful for the experience we've had with Guild and are very happy as we settle in to our new home!

Daniel Tharp was on top of the mortgage that we were involved in during the early stages of the pandemic. He kept us informed, sent us videos of the process, and closed on time with no issues. We had access to mobile notaries and whenever we had a question, we got a timely response. Since it was a unique purchase with multiple buyers it could have been a disaster, but Dan made sure everything was in place to make it seamless. It was our first experience using Daniel and would not hesitate to use again!
