This team took time getting to know our needs and what we were comfortable with, no question went unanswered (there were a lot of questions), and the process was calming because of all their hard work. When me and my wife decided to refinance our home to lower the interest rate, we asked our good friend and real estate agent Ralph Castano of Remax Realty who he can recommend to us. He didn't hesitate to recommend Kerwin Lyon and forwarded me his information. I emailed him last year around spring and didnt hear back from him, I asked Ralph again and he said he might be very busy and so we waited and towards the end of the year and went into Guild Mortgage website and while I was browsing, I started filling out our information but I didnt finished it and last month January he reached out to my wife and said something about our unfinished application so I went back and finished it up and give them all the necessary documents they needed. Cody called us and told us how the process gonna be and he was very patients answering some of our "stupid" questions lol. Long behold, we were able to close our refinancing before January ended.
