Great experience and highly recommended. I worked with Ana primarily. However, the entire Guild team was amazing. Ana was very helpful and easy to work with. She was upfront regarding details related to my mortgage and did everything she could to get me the best rate/points.

Working with Ana and Wendy was great for our first time homebuying experience. Incredible team! All communication, document signatures, and updates throughout the process couldn't have been easier and faster. My wife and I closed on our first home today over in Edmonds, WA. As first time home-buyers, to say there was a learning curve doesn't come close to doing it justice. Despite that, Leah and the Anglin Zamir Team at Guild Mortgage were beyond helpful from day one. They clearly outlined the path to closing and all the intermediate steps in between. This team did an amazing job! We are first time home buyers and had little to no experience with the loan process. Ana went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable with the process and explained everything in great detail to us. They sent out Friday updates to let us know where we were at on the time-line to close and what to expect the following week. They were realistic with their expectations on getting documents and were not pushy at all. They were also so sweet to have sent little gifts throughout the endeavor, it added some smiles to what we thought would be a stressful process. The only reason it was stressful was because everyone kept telling us to "hold on its gonna be bad before it gets good". If we hadn't received that information from others, we likely wouldn't have had much stress! So my advice is trust the process, every transaction is different, but they will take care of you! This was a huge milestone and we are happy to have been referred to such an amazing group. I would highly recommend 10x over! Guild handled my home mortgage for a cross country move. All this was done by email, web interface and phone. Absolutely no hiccups. I was well informed of all loan options up front, all questions answered completely and professionally, patient and productive interactions across the board with Guild members with whom I interacted. I was kept informed in a timely manner on loan progress all through close. This was important to me as process was all virtual. This was my third home purchase, and my experience with Guild was far and away the best I have had with a mortgage company. I recommend Guild without reservation.

I cannot say enough positive things about this dynamite team! Leah and her team helped walk me through my first home buying process.
