As a first time home buyer, I didn't know where to turn for financing options, Guild came highly recommended from my real estate agent and I added them to my due dilligence process, after interviewing David and John, it was clear that I was going to choose this company. Every member of their team was super responsive and even worked on supporting my requests through the weekends when we needed to make a deadline! I did everything remotely and came down to see the house in person and sign papers in one trip, what an incredible team and unbelievable support! I would highly recommend Guild Mortgage to anyone, from anywhere in the country. They made processes easy and answered every question I could think of, If I had 3 thumbs, I would give them another thumbs up.

We were recommended to Guild Mortgage by a broker when purchasing condos in the MGM Signature. I can't say enough good things about the whole process of working w/ Guild Mortgage from that point moving forward. Our loan was a little more complex than a standard mortgage, but the team at Guild made this refinance move so smoothly it actually ending up being easier. The team would update us every step of the way, explain why certain documents were being requested, and follow up with our questions immediately. Not to mention David Yurovchak's team was amazing to work with. Melissa was our main contact and was very thorough and pleasant to work with. Along w/ Melissa, Trish, and Anne were amazing as well. The whole team is very talented and also acted as problem solvers/fixers along the way. We are so happy with them, that we are about to do another refinance with some other properties with the same team! I highly recommend using this company.

I can't speak highly enough of David, John, and the rest of the team at Guild Mortgage. I've used them for two mortgages in the last few years. My situation is a bit complicated being self-employed, owning a business, and having a pass-through entity to complicate things even further. In fact, they were the only ones who gave me pre-approval a couple years ago the first time around due to the complexity of my situation. And they pulled through just as they promised with a mortgage with great terms. Buying a home is stressful, and Guild does an amazing job making the process less stressful.
