We looked into here because of the cheaper rates but we had to get info done quick. Emily got us pre-approved quickly but I asked 3 times to show our estimates with what Utah housing would cover and she never gave them to me. We already had those from another lender and every time she sent me something she would bring up how she had a feeling we would go with the other lender, or she figured we would, which I thought was unprofessional. Needless to say, if she couldn't get me an estimate with what I asked, I knew deadlines wouldn't be met

I would love to give this lender more than 5 stars because the customer service is exceptional . I would never hesitate to send all of my friends, family and clients to Guild Mortgage , I have worked with several people ...loan officers and supporting staff ...and each one has been as helpful and informative as one could ask for .
