    I just wanted to give a five star review to the staff of DFCU at this North Orem location and in the company as a whole. Since I became a member several years ago I've been impressed with their professionalism and efforts to help resolve issues. Where other banks and credit unions dropped the ball, the DFCU stepped up and either got things done or at least made every effort within their capabilities. I always feel like they make every effort to help their customers and I appreciate all of them. I'd recommend them over and over again. And now that I'm a business owner, I was happy to open my business accounts here as well. Thanks everyone! Keep up the great work.

    The people know me by my first name. They are super friendly and patient when I have technical problems. I get more back in interest then my husband does at his bank. I think he will soon come over at least for savings.

    Corey is one of the best loan officers that I have ever met. He is quick to respond to questions and will always find ways that he can help. He sets an incredibly high standard for what a loan officer should be.

    This DFCU branch is particularly slow in their service. Something like printing a card takes 30 minutes to an hour, in our experience. They didn’t change our address correctly. It would do this branch well to improve processes so customers aren’t spending an extravagant amount of time waiting.

    Come 2017 i will have been with DFCU for 3 years and in all that time i haven't had an issue. I often have ended up losing my card and cancelling and obtaining a replacement was easy, over the phone or in person. I have had a great experience. I look forward to more years of a good relationship with this bank. :) P.S. Experiences with banks will be different for everyone as no one has the same identical situation.

    Needed a wire transfer and it literally took 7 minutes and we were done. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they were. It was great. I have been a member for maybe 16 years now and have been very happy with my experience with them. The mobile banking didn't work well at first but they've fixed it and I love it. Banking has become so much better. It is so nice to have these "sister branches" and ATMs all over the place. That is really helpful. The only thing I'm hoping for is a DFCU branch in the Highland American Fork area. Please.

    Very unprofessional. We set up automatic payments three times, once in person and twice over the phone. All three times Deseret First Credit Union failed to complete this simple task, leading to two late payments on our first two months of the loan. After the third time of saying they set up auto payments and not actually setting up anything we had to manually do it ourselves online. Customer service seemed lost and oblivious to their mistakes, and were generally not helpful. I would rate one star, but they did refund the $30 late fee for both late payments (something they were very quick to do, almost as if it’s a common occurrence). I would recommend that you avoid this credit union if you can.

    I've been working with this credit union for years now. They have your best interest at heart and only what to help you. This entire location is amazing from the Manager down to the tellers that even know who you are while wearing a mask.

    Corey was GREAT the last few days helping me refinance my car. Super fast and friendly and on top of it. Compared to a couple other banks I've worked with recently, they were SO much better.

    We've had auto payments cancelled. We've been asked to re-sign documents that we signed 15 times. Went in, signed it there, STILL got emails about it. Won't get into details, but it ended up costing us. The employees are great, but boy do I hate this company.
