We've had several mortgage experiences, but never one like this. If the bar for great service could be set, it should be set with Chadd Johnson. Chadd is super responsive. Every time we had a question or needed something, we had a response in a very efficient time line. Chadd mad this process a positive rather than the usual headache. If there was a bar to be set for customer service, it would have Chadd's name next to it. Chadd is a pleasant, professional, conscientious provider that you can feel good about giving your business.
